Es una compañía poco confiable.Tuve problemas con el auto . Estaba en malas condiciones y al finalizar la reserva cuando entregue el minivan dijeron que había roto el cristal delantero y me dijeron que tenía q pagarlo y luego comunicar con ustedes
Other then a few minor scratches the car ( a Hybrid Toyota Corolla) was in prime condition. The lady at pick up ( Constadina) was very helpful and suggested this car since I needed the luggage space.
Everybody was very polite and helpful at Record go.

Excellent service from the young Eastern European lady on the desk on the 29 Oct at 10.20. Super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately have lost the piece of paper with her name!

They are super slow in Tampa! Rented 2 times from them within 3 weeks and it was the same thing both times. Lots of staff but no one dosing anything, chewing gum with open mouth and no action. Very very inefficient! People weee getting angry in line! If you don’t like waiting in a never ending queue, rent somewhere else!

Lovely car and staff. Excellent run through North Island but car rental drop off was remote in Wellington. And there was no transport to get us back to City centre.
BCR staff on duty was awesome
He got us an Uber, because the Wellington taxi didn't turn up.
Either he or the company paid for the Uber-VERY IMPRESSED with his tenacity and problem solving.
Car was in very poor shape; it was missing a rim cap, interior was stained, floor was not vacuumed, exterior was not washed, provided usb cables were broken. Pick up location was inaccessible and in absolute decay. The lady at the front desk was great. Will not be using yesaway again.
Everything was great, only I am waiting when my deposit will be released. Staff promised that usually it is released within 2 days, but toduy is already 3rd day.
