The car was absolutely fine. Did everything I needed it to. Not the golf I ordered but a more than adequate substitute.

Hola. Tuvimos una terrible experiencia con Europcar en Cuenca (Aeropuerto). La hora de recogida estipulada en la reserva era 11 am y aún habiendo llegado un poco más tarde a recoger el auto, lo recibimos a las 13h05. El proceso de registro es muy lento e ineficiente. Querían que firme un voucher en blanco, por lo cual me negué, ya que la fianza era de 1000$. No creo que sea correcto que obliguen a firmar un voucher en blanco cuando la fianza está establecida. Además, pagué por el seguro de daños… entonces no comprendo qué pretendían cobrar de ese voucher. Porque aparte de eso, me retuvieron 1000$ de mi tarjeta de crédito. Todo este proceso lento!! Cuando por fin nos iban a entregar el auto, después de reclamar por varias ocasiones, nos percatamos de que llegaba la persona encargada de la entrega, en otro auto con familiares o amigos a quienes había recogido para llevarlos al aeropuerto. Reclamamos por su puesto, (me parece que fue nada profesional) y acordaron entregarnos otro auto de mayor categoría. Las condiciones de este auto eran terribles porque presentaba desperfectos en toda la carrocería. En medio de la revisión, se dieron cuenta que ese no era el auto que nos iban a entregar, entonces tuvimos que iniciar el proceso de revisión nuevamente con otro auto, haciéndonos perder aún más el tiempo. En fin, el spark entregado lo mismo, en pésimas condiciones. Toda la carrocería con rayones, chochado y con golpes, en fin… no estaba en las condiciones que esperas recibir un auto alquilado.

excellent vehicle and service, only issue was that the office was not opened until 8AM, consequently we had to drop the vehicle off early, i.e., the night before, then taxi back to our hotel and taxi to the airport in the morning, at our extra cost and inconvenience.

They gave me a car with an old battery. I had troubles a couple of timeS. Finally, the battery died and it I had to call the assistance service. It took more than three hours. Then I had to switch the car with another one in another airport. But they billed me the jumpstart service even if I had the complete insurance coverage, assistance included.

Excellent service and I felt as if we’d had an upgrade.

Easy to use and Because of flight cancellations I’d had to cancel and rebook the car it was all fuss free and easy.

After getting the car, we notice that the air conditioner wasn't working properly and exchanged with no problem. Fast and efficient people made that exchange easy. Thank you.

Car was fine for what we needed a bit old and showing signs of wear and tear.

I was charged $20 for a missing fuel tank cap which was not there we picked up the car

We were not told about how road tolls are paid as there was no one at the toll gates in Houston. We understand this has been so since Covid-19 pandemic

No car ready 2 h after reservations ,!!! And low class car than reservation……

Was a little confused re description of pick up- stated airport but called it Goldcar downtown- a little confusing

I did not appreciate the "Hard Sell" for additional insurance when I did not really need !!!

There was an overemphasis on selling insurance and the scoda car was not the equilivant to an Audi A4

Car was good. Only problem book car for 57£ end of the end cost me +-180£for 3 days because they don't like Lloyd's visa card??? And charged me 80+ euros just for insurance Not happy at all

The car exceeded my expectations. I really like to use Hertz. Hertz is my preferred company for sure. Expensive because I normally arrive outside normal work hours, (wish it was a little cheaper then I could visit my cabin more often) but I always receive an excellent vehicle and the service is always excellent.

Ease of booking. Didn't notice any price drop. But I'm sure I had an upgrade of car.

The car has a lot of scratches. And there are a lot of people waiting to register in the office

Budget/Avis took an extra charge of 30 pound sterling by deducting from my credit card without noticing me the reason of such extra charge. This is not a good business practice --albeit little in amout. Because of this dishonesty and bad conduct in doing business, I think this is my last time of buying a service from Budget/Avis.

Bad experience of dishonesty business conduct of the affiliated car supplier (Budget/Avis) mentioned above made me feel that this is my last time use the service of QEEQ. Sorry.

El auto estaba en condiciones pero con mucho kilómetraje. Igualmente la experiencia es muy buena.
