Budget de Puerto Vallarta es un fraude espantoso. Nos lo advirtieron dos oficinas de rentas, pero quisimos creer que era la calidad de Budget que conocemos de USA. PESIMO, se tardaron demasiado en llevarnos a la oficina de recogida del auto (y pesima actitud), cuando llegamos nos pidieron documentacion y sacaron copias, pero sin decirnos los montos aunque pregunté. Cuando vino el tiempo de firmar el contrato, exigí el monto final y resulta que era más del doble porque según ellos había que pagar no-se-que seguros que insistían eran obligatorios. Pero al reclamar y pedir pruebas de la obligatoriedad, entonces vino el gerente a decirnos que no, que era por nuestra seguridad, bla bla bla... y entonces dijeron que no eran obligatorios pero que había que dejar un depósito groseramente alto (más de 200,000 mxn). Les pedimos que nos llevaran de regreso al aeropuerto y se hicieron tontos más de 40 minutos, hasta que nos enojamos y entonces nos llevaron de regreso. PESIMA EXPERIENCIA, una verguenza que tengan la marca Budget

La plataforma muy bien, amigable, rapida. La malo, es que no verifican la veracidad de la informacion sobre las rentas.

They didn't have an economy car available when I arrived and they charged me an additional expense of over $80+ just to drive off. They wouldn't let me have a vehicle without payment. I was very disappointed in this process.

Orlando Counter staff very good. Helpful without pushing additional insurance upgrade. Budget Customer Services poor, not helpful with late pick up issue and responding to first email sent taking no notice of latest or last email. Orlando manager excellent and resolved issue that customer service center could not manage to do. I have used Budget previously and will do so again. Highly recommended.

Booking was easy. Issue with flight cancellation and late pick up (24hours later) not resolved. QEEQ and Budget Customer Services both said they could not resolve and to go back to the other party. Leaving me with having to cancel and rebook at a significantly higher last minute rate. A higher rate to lose one days rental and pay over twice the price for the convenience of a late booking. Not good. I will use QEEQ again as they did try their best

I inadvertently booked at the DFW airport while arriving at the DAL airport. The Love field Dollar attendant was nice / nasty. He was polite and did explain the situation but there was a sense that he didn't really care. On the other hand once I arrived at the DFW Dollar, the attendant was very reassuring, sir that happens lots of times, I just sent three people from here to DAL and ensured my return was to DAL where I was flying out of. Overall Dollar should update the systems between the sites to allow easy transfer from one to the other since flying to one airport while renting a vehicle from the other airport is a common occurrence.

Pésimo servicio. De entrada tuve que pagar adicional un seguro básico para responsabilidad a terceros siendo que en la compra por medio de qeeq en la hoja decía abajo que ya no había nada más que pagar. Renten los carros por default con ese seguro sin darle la sorpresa al cliente que tiene que pagar otros 4 mil pesos (mínimo). No se si eso sea bronca de qeeq o de MEX. Luego al hacer el pago no aceptaba la tarjeta y empleado me insistía que pusiera bien el nip (asumiendo que lo estaba poniendo mal) y lo que no servía era su terminal. Hasta que no le dije que usara otra terminal y le solucioné el problema. Luego al entregar el carro resultó con un tallón que según ellos era nuevo, y ya lo traía, el carro estaba lleno de rayones y tallones y ese que me cobraron era algo mínimo que se quita con polish y me descontaron $800 pesos del depósito.

I asked the counter representative about filling up on return. She said the gas station was close to the airport. It wasn't, and I didn't have time to find it after arriving back at Victoria airport. When discussing this with the present counter representatives they were extremely rude and unhlpful. I will not use Thrifty again.

The wait at the Hertz counter was longer than it should have been, but I expect that Hertz, like most companies, is understaffed at the moment.

The booking process through QEEQ was simple, and QEEQ got me a better rate than any of the other discount sites or loyalty programs.

Was bigger than ordered

was booking a Honda BRV. but got the flat. They have asked me to change to slightly newer and bigger car, Perodua Aruz. Since I was in rush, I just say yes. Though it is newer and bigger, but the car is really not good overall. And I believe BRV is totally in higher price range compared to Aruz. And of course, due to rushing to take the Aruz, the car is not clean at all.

I should have gotten cheaper price if I go for Perodua Aruz in the first place. Meaning Im paying higher for BRV, and got Aruz.

入国手続きが思ったより早く済み、COに１時間早かったが、CIも１時間早くすることで、追加料金なくレンタルできました。よって予約時の車と違い空いてる車から選択可というシステムも思いがけず良かったです。日本のように事前にスタッフとキズ等のチェックはなく、自分自身で確認。キズ等箇所あれば写真撮りということが、後でわかりました。CI時にはそのダメージを問われましたが、CO時スタッフから確認されましたが、事前からだよということでOKでした。

予約はとても簡単で済み。大変満足だった。 各社の提示価格から自分に最適な会社を選択でき、たいへん助かりました。

The mystery car should have been for 5people with 2large cases. Out of all the cars on row 3 there was only 1car that fitted this criteria. A silver Kia which has a dent and a scratch on every inch of the car. When I mentioned that I wanted a different vehicle I was told I would have to pay and upgrade so I took the vehicle in bad condition. I have always been told Hertz are the best car hire company however after this experience I would be very cautious about booking again.

Easy to book and happy with the price. Didn’t need to contact QEEQ for anything so can’t comment on customer service.

The main problem is that they are not located inside teh airport, nor there is at the airport any indication of where their office is. The good part is that their prices are pretty reasonable.

Terrible. The staff and the hadn’t ever seen a French driving license and refuse tu give me the car!!! First time in my life ever! That ruined my entire day of work and I had to find another agency to get a car.
