The waiting time to pick up the car was over 2 hours, hertz did not have enough staff and the staff was incredibly slow .. ended up queuing for almost 2.5 hours to get the car
Car did not have what we expected: Sat navigation & at least a backup camera - so was disappointing. However, we did manage with, & get used to, the beeping sensors. We used an app on our phone to navigate but could not plug phone into the car to charge so had to use a map - North Amrica phone plugs don't seem compatible with European plugs - would have been helpful to know!

Excellent service - I'd suggest you provide the return address as it is not clear and cannot be found easily on google maps - I had to do several loops before finding it.

Found a sweet deal in a tough rental market. QEEQ provided all necessary info for renting the car so when I showed up to the counter I had all needed documents.
The car was not clean and damaged.
I tried calling budget many times during my holiday, taking time out of my holiday time holding on the phone and getting no answer to notify them of all damage to the car . Emailed and no response. Received paperwork at drop off to say everything ok, and then on returning home checked my statement to see that I have been charged £211.00

No problems with SOLO, the car was scratched in quite a number of places so I was extra careful to take lots of photos, but collection and drop off was a breeze, the agent was pleasant and friendly despite being busy, and they were honest about no further damage when I returned the car. No hesitation in using them again.
Car was too small for a 6 seater. No space for luggage. We asked for paid upgrade but got denied since we had used qeeq to book. The car was dirty inside and outside.
The gas was empty to empty which is hard to do. I ended up with 20 euros of gas in the car on my return.
The staff were friendly though.
Arrived at pick-up to find that booking had been cancelled without notification and no cars available. Directed to an alternate pick-up an hour away where only available car was more expensive
Helpful staff on pickup and drop off. Easily solved issues regarding refuelling.
No info anywhere (no sticker on fuel cap, no manual, nothing online etc) about what fuel the car took which was quite stressful. Solved with the help of staff, but should have been more straightforward.
