The car was not clean and damaged. I tried calling budget many times during my holiday, taking time out of my holiday time holding on the phone and getting no answer to notify them of all damage to the car . Emailed and no response. Received paperwork at drop off to say everything ok, and then on returning home checked my statement to see that I have been charged £211.00 Your help in this matter would be very much appreciated

這次是透過QEEQ平台預訂現代索納塔，整體來說還滿滿意的。下單流程算清楚，車型、價格、保險跟取還車資訊都標示得蠻明白，訂完也很快就收到確認訊息，對第一次在國外租車的人來說算是蠻友善的。實際拿到的索納塔車況不錯，外觀、內裝都蠻乾淨，車內空間也夠大，後座跟行李箱對家庭出遊來說都很夠用。開起來感覺順暢，方向盤偏輕，油門跟煞車也很好上手，高速行駛時車子穩定度也可以。油耗表現尚可，以一台中型房車來說，不管是日常通勤還是短途旅行都還蠻適合的。取車跟還車的流程整體都順利，櫃檯人員就是照訂單資料辦理，也沒有遇到奇怪的額外收費。不過還是會建議取車時自己仔細檢查車身刮痕、輪胎、油量跟里程，多拍幾張照片存檔，還車時比較不會有爭議。總結一下，QEEQ平台使用上蠻方便，價格算透明，現代索納塔這款車的舒適度跟實用性都不錯，很適合家庭出遊、商務通勤或短期代步。之後如果有類似的租車需求，應該還是會再考慮用QEEQ。
