They didn't have the care I ordered ( Ford Focus). I was then given a bigger car ( Chevy Mailbu) which had an oil change light on and a tire pressure low light on so they made me switch to an SUV (Jeep Cherokee) I wouldn't have minded being upgraded if I had passengers but I was looking for the best gas milage and this did not provide it. So I was not really happy about that. The people there were very helpful.

I had found a better price somewhere else but returned when you beat the competitors price. Good job!

When I arrived in Dublin they hit me with the insurance charge. Asked if I had a letter from my credit card company about insurance. Of course I do not. Another customer was being asked the same question. That is a scam!

Great service from start to finish. I had a minor accident on day 2 of the hire. Reported it straight away and staff very helpful. I will book with YesAway when I return to Thailand in 2022.

Lovely guy on pick up and lovely lady on drop off. Watch out for car selection in terms of the Athens congestion charge. I had to change from my planned bmw to a Skoda Octavia but it was fine and meant I could go anywhere. Also some more enhanced instructions on where to pick up would be good, but we found them eventually in the car park at the far end of the side of the terminal

Drop-off was longer than needed since just one agent who did not respect the sequence of arrival.

Excellent service from Stephan at the check-in desk but he was on his own. There were 3 groups in front of us so the check in took 20-25 mins before we were seen. However, the rest of the experience with Avis was excellent.

They made us hire a new insurance, so we needed to pay 100€ more… not going to coming back.

Yeah the first car offered was a old vehicle and looked like it had been through a battle field, I went and asked to swap the vehicle and they offered a different vehicle which was a brand new car, looks like they was trying it on and giving out crap cars

Got free upgrade to a mini van couldn’t fault my experience with QEEQ will definitely book with again.

Price was a lot lower than booking direct will definitely give QEEQ the first opportunity to get my custom next time .

Excelente car and good services

It is economical, good relation between price and quality, easy to book.

Great car. Better than expected. Helpful staff. The only problem was wrong information on where the pick up point was. Stated "In terminal" Not. It was near the long stay car park 15 minutes walk down the road in the cold weather.

Booking platform and everything was fine. The only improvement could have been the correct information on where the Avis pick up point was.

Recommend it. Very good
