Excelente plataforma, faz toda a diferença na hora da pesquisa de preços e ofertas. Pondero pagar a anuidade e tornar-me diamante. Apenas o site e a app são um pouco complicados na hora do login, envia um email ao nosso correio com um link que não abre no mesmo lugar aonde estávamos, a conexão entre o link enviado e a página da pesquisa poderia ser mais automática. Mas na hora que isto se resolve é tudo muito claro e simples. Foi uma grande descoberta a QEEQ! A partir de agora será a única plataforma que usarei para meus próximos aluguéis.

Staff didn’t speak English which was bit problem.

There was a minor issue with the fuel tank not being full and having to overpay for fuel as a result, but otherwise fine service.

The Clio was a fine small car with very useful features such as Sat Nav, Cruise Control and clear display of speed limits.

The price was distinctly better than other agents were able to offer. I had to change dates and hire location - the cancellation, refund and re-booking were all achieved without fuss or difficulty.

El coche era un fiat y no un wolksvagen , con la perdida de potencia , no estaba indicado que Dollar estaba en Hertz y esperamos varias horas hasta localizarlo , además las señoras del mostrador muy desagradables

Very new car with very low mileage. Very comfortable drive with free additional driver and no young driver (22) fee.

Contact with car rental company was excellent with choices of various social networking app like Whatsapp, LINE, etc. Car model was as booked, though it’s one of the older model with no car play or USB charging port. Pick-up and drop-off was a breeze and staffs are very friendly and helpful.

QEEQ offers really good rates and booking is east and user-friendly

Call centre staffed in Philippines - no idea of local operation in Brisbane or vehicles etc... reluctant to transfer to local office. Call centre advised that desk would be open til midnight as my flight was delayed. However internaltional desk was not staffed and had to go all the way to domestic terminal to collect car which added over 60mins. Wish I was told this could happen in advance.

It was a new car clean and modern it has carplay which helped a lot when we connected I phone During my trip i had to add addblue fluid I contacted the rent company they advised to add and they will refund The rent company staff was very nice and helpful

It was good sight and easy but they hold all booking money after booking directly Other sights i pay on the same day I receive the car
