FREE SHUTTLE AIRPORT PICK UP • Once you have arrived at Gold Coast Airport, collected your luggage, and cleared customs, please phone JUCY on 1800 150 850 & se1ect #1 and then #3 for a free shuttle transfer. • Exit the terminal, go left to the end of the terminal and wait at the shuttle collection area for the green JUCY shuttle bus. The last shuttle is 30 minutes before closing. Branch opening hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00-17:00 Saturday: 9:00-16:00 Sunday: 9:00 -14:00

In terms of travelling there, most of the roads are sealed however there are areas where the roads are unsealed and we have some rules you need to be aware of if you do take your JUCY wheels there. If you take your vehicle on any off-road activities or conditions, including on any unsealed road (being a road not sealed with a hard material such as tar, bitumen or concrete) then our excess reduction cover does not provide cover should anything happen. Off-road conditions include: fire trails, beaches, sand, tracks, fields or paddocks. The only exception to this is reasonable use of access roads to recognized commercial campgrounds. To find out more, refer to the terms and conditions. If there is any damage incurred to the vehicle on the ferry, our excess reduction cover stands void.

I went to Gold Coast at night time and pick up after hours. They gave me a automatic car but Gear box and Transmisson is different I never drive same thing like this before then I have to paid for taxi go to motel. So I come back on next day for request change another automatic car and she approved for me get another one. I was lucky at this time very busy but still left only 1 car available for me changed. But I’m not really happy about my costs going higher up because of fee taxi 2 times.
