The queue time was reasonable. Despite many customers, three counters were open simultaneously, so the wait time was about 20 minutes, which was fair. The parking lot is right behind, making car pickup very convenient.

The representative's attitude was not great. We arrived 20 minutes early to pick up the car but still received it almost 30 minutes later than scheduled. Less than an hour into driving, the screen showed a 'low engine coolant' warning. At the next city's service point, the rental company said this brand's cars often have this issue and to just ignore it, though the warning kept appearing throughout the trip. The trunk can only fit three 28-inch suitcases, which is somewhat different from the official description.

Shouqi Car Rental's partner in the UK is Europcar. When the vehicle had issues, they couldn't provide adequate assistance, and the phone number listed on the order was always an automated voice system, making communication difficult. I hope they can change their partner company.

My car rental experience this time was very bad. I rented a car in July to go to the UK and returned it more than an hour late. The return location was in Edinburgh and was very hard to find. I used navigation to find the underground car park at the train station, but my husband and friends couldn't locate the return entrance. Later, customer service told me it was fine since I was already on site and the extra hour wouldn't be counted, but I was still charged. The wheel rim was slightly scratched, and after returning to China in August, my £180 deposit was never refunded and an additional £40 was charged, totaling £220. No one informed me about this unclear transaction. I will never use Europcar again.

We had clearly informed the rental company that we didn't need their additional insurance. Despite our knowledge, they inexplicably charged us over 100 pounds for insurance. During the pickup process, they indicated that we should pay extra to upgrade the car. We had booked a Mercedes C-Class, but when they learned we didn't want an upgrade, they gave us a Mercedes A-Class, causing a series of changes to our plans. Thankfully, the customer service at Zuche stepped in in time to prevent further losses. Overall, we're very disappointed with this rental company.

The road signs were very unclear, causing us to arrive at the car rental company an hour and a half late. Dragging two 24-inch suitcases made it extremely difficult to find the rental company. They claimed there were no cars available due to our lateness and demanded extra money for a different car. To avoid further delays in our schedule, we agreed. After negotiating with the rental company, they agreed to refund the additional fee, but!!! After returning the car and coming back home, they charged the same amount again under a different excuse! Extremely frustrating and infuriating!

I was forced to take an alternative vehicle because the vehicle was not available in a very cheap car, and it had several collisions. the police caused me psychological harm. I was stopped to find out why the car was damaged.

If you didn't purchase full insurance from the store, you'll likely be blamed for tire and glass issues when returning the car. When picking up the car, its condition was mediocre with many scratches. I took photos for a long time but didn't get clear pictures of the glass and tires, and was ultimately forced to accept the claim of damage when returning the car.

Green Motion is generally very good, but the Heathrow branch is located at the Holiday Inn which is currently being used as an asylum seekers holding area by the government and feels very insecure. Be aware that the depot does NOT open at 06:00 as reported by Qeeq and Green Motion's website but at 07:00. Note also that there is no toilet on site and no shuttle service to/from the airport apart from the hotel Hoppa bus service which is infrequent.

Service efficiency is average. Returning the car in the afternoon needs improvement. The car key should be placed in a prominent location at the rental company, not handed over to airport security. After working hours, it was difficult to find the security personnel. I had to ask several people and wait a long time to find where the key was left.

Not good, too many mileage restrictions. Even after purchasing unlimited mileage, there were still charges at the end. The car was in very poor condition, with no air conditioning, and the key remote was broken, often failing to lock the car. This was the worst car rental experience I've had abroad. They didn't provide a full tank of gas at pickup but charged for a full tank at return. Extremely poor service. Another rental company I used for this trip did not have these issues.

We took a bus from the airport and were charged £13.6 for two people. We reserved a Volvo XC60, but we got a Mazda X5. Not sure if it’s in the same class, but it seemed like a rip-off to me. The car pickup process was very inefficient, especially during the short winter days in London. We spent nearly half an hour at the counter just to get the car, and it cost almost £19,000 for 22 days.

The car rental experience with this company was very disappointing. I had booked two Volvo S60s, but neither was available, and we were given Volkswagens instead, which had smaller trunks. Since they were considered similar models, there was nothing we could say. As for the other car, we reserved a 7-seater Ford but got a 5-seater Ford instead, and the company insisted it was a similar model and refused to refund the difference. Additionally, they overcharged us for two additional driver fees, promised a refund within 7 days, but it never arrived. Eventually, the platform provided the refund for us. Due to an operational issue, we failed to pay the parking fee, and both cars received identical parking fines at the same time and place. The rental company sent us one fine a month later but deducted a £55 management fee for the other car without specifying the fee or notifying us via email. After constant follow-ups, they finally forwarded the identical fine to us the following month. With such poor service and inefficiency, I will never rent from this company again. Please choose your rental company carefully.

The pickup instructions mentioned free shuttle service from all terminals, but this was not the case. While waiting at the designated spot at T4 and calling, I was told a shuttle would come but after waiting 35 minutes and calling again, I was informed that only T2 and T3 had shuttles. After going to T3, I was then directed to T2. It took another 15 minutes after a final call for the shuttle to arrive, with the whole process taking 2 hours!

The whole experience was very disappointing to say the least. We have used QEEQ several times with a good experience and also have 3 upcoming bookings. The level of service we received on this occasion was a joke, very unprofessional staff at Surprice who made us feel like we were being blackmailed. We arrived and unfortunately I had forgotten my drivers license (my mistake). I did have my international licence but they wouldn’t accept this or a photo of the one they needed. We then had to change the booking into my husbands name and then pay for additional insurance on top otherwise have a £15000 excess!! I told them we had already paid extra for a zero excess policy but they said that was now invalid. We then had to pay extra making a $400 booking into an $800 booking (approximate numbers). On top of that they provided us with a car with front end damage. Also original booking was full to full and car had 2/3rds of a tank. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.

They would not accept my Amex card so I needed to make a payment to my Visa card as the deposit they asked for was GBP 1,260 which is ridiculous for a mini car. No Wifi available so I was forced to buy their insurance which was GBP 160 for the few days. I left feeling ripped off and will never use Goldcar again.

You definitely get what you pay for - they are cheap for a reason. After queuing for 90 minutes in the office, every other customer had problems of some kind all to do with inflexible and unrealistic policies. After my 90 minutes in the queue, 25 minutes to process the transaction, I then had to queue for a further 25 minutes while the car was cleaned. All in all, I spent 2.5 hours to collect a car. Never again!

Booked the rental for 8 am pick up only to find the office was still closed. Found telephone number on internet as no telephone number, help or advice to be found at the rental cabin. Called interrent and was told in a very dismissive tone, I would just have to wait until the staff got their. Not a good first impression at all. When staff appeared (8:15) no apology or even acknowledgment that I had been waiting for the 8am collection. Was given an upgrade to a “Mitsubishi” which was actually a MG3. No complaint about the car or the value for money but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

Waited half an hour for the shuttle and then another 20 minutes to get to the car rental company. I presented all the required documents as per the platform's requirements and paid online in advance. Once there, I was told I couldn't pick up the car because I needed an international driving permit. I called customer service, and they said they would coordinate. An hour later, they called back and suggested I switch to another rental company like Enterprise. I had to take a shuttle back to the airport and then another to the new rental company. I arrived in London at 1:30 PM, and by the time I got back it was almost 4:00 PM. I had an appointment at 5:00 PM, so I had to cancel the rental. I called a taxi, which cost me 30 pounds to get back to the hotel. It's been over a week, and I still haven't received a refund. An 8+ rating is ridiculous; is this company using us as guinea pigs?

Booked an X3 but got a Land Rover Discovery Sport, a brand new car with only 1600 miles on it… But the air conditioning was broken! Picked it up on a Sunday and no one could fix it, and there were no other cars to switch to. We had to drive north on the highway with the windows down. Sigh… It's better to choose a big company! The rental company only cares about taking your money and nothing else. Make sure to be well-prepared!

Booking through the domestic QEEQ website was very smooth. However, the company will try to sell you extra insurance when you pick up the car. You can choose based on your own needs. You can refuse it without any problem. I declined because I already purchased additional coverage on the QEEQ website. I returned the car at Heathrow Airport at 9:20 PM. The staff was very friendly and informed me that their shuttle bus runs at 9:30 PM and they would quickly process my return. Sure enough, they completed the car inspection and paperwork in about five minutes and then took the three of us to the departure terminal. Two days later, the £150 deposit was refunded to my credit card. Highly recommended.

We were 2 hours late when picking up the car, and they said the car had already been rented to someone else because we were late. We originally booked a 7-seater that could fit 4 pieces of luggage, but we got a smaller car. If we seated 7 people, there would be no space for luggage at all. The back seats can only accommodate children aged 3-5. The return location was very inconvenient. We had to drop off our luggage for check-in first and then return the car, which took about 1 hour and 20 minutes. We almost missed our flight. The GPS that we rented with the car was useless and led us the wrong way. We ended up using our own mobile phone for navigation.
