Take Exit 2 -Waterloo Road. Opposite you will see a Sainsbury’s and a Tesco. Turn right and follow the road around. Go over the zebra crossing and walk through lower marsh. Walking through lower marsh you will see shops such as Greggs and Boots. At the end of lower marsh there should be a Cooperative store on your left and a tunnel ahead of you, cross the road and walk through the tunnel. Enterprise Rent-A-Car will be on your left.

In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the UK mainland with the vehicle and require our authorization. Customers are required to inform the rental branch with no less than 72 hours’ notice prior to collecting the vehicle to arrange their European Travel Coverage. European Travel Coverage is only available to customers paying with a credit card and the vehicle must only be used in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, UK. This includes the destination and any countries customers might travel through. Premium, Luxury and Executive vehicles are excluded from the European Travel Coverage product and are therefore not allowed to leave the country. The charge for European Travel Coverage is 325.00 per rental for all cross border travels. Customers renting from Northern Ireland wishing to cross the border into the Republic of Ireland will only be charged 27.00

Dislike: During the booking process online, the website gave us pick up option in Tower Bridge ( which we chose). But, when we got confirmation email it told us to pick up the car at Spur road address in Waterloo and not Tower Bridge. Unfortunately, Spur Road office was closed, so we had to call the agency to find out that in fact we had to pick up the car at Lower Marsh road ( Waterloo), so online booking process was a bit confusing, but overall satisfied with the service.

The only issue we have was only while picking up the car. We came on time at 9am however the car was not ready. We have to wait for them to clean the car and we told them that we were rushing. Once we get the car, we ask the staff if we need to do anything else, complete the paper work or make any deposit payment twice but he said ni. We left the place and we got a call asking is to turn back. It’s a miss communication internallh they need our credit card details for deposit. We cant turn back and I have to provide my details via the phone. Service at this Centre definately need to be improved.

The car model did not match the reservation. There was no inspection reminder during pickup, but during return, the inspection was extremely thorough. Scratches on the tires and rims were recorded as issues for my confirmation. I raised objections, but they said they only check the car's condition at the time of return. Whether I caused the damages or not could remain disputable, but since my deposit was held, they ultimately deducted the repair fee from my account.
