Please allow 10 minutes for transit time to the car hire centre. All vehicles must be returned to the car hire centre and you will be liable for all penalty fines or parking fees if the vehicle is returned to any other car park.

our office is based at the car rental village in luton airport, which is approximately a 5-10 minute bus journey from the terminal. please wait outside of arrivals at the collection point at bay c for the free shuttle bus service from the terminal to the car rental center. this service runs approximately every 15 minutes and operates 24 hours.

Proceed to the bus stand area upon arriving at the airport, take Bus A by ARRIVA Bus Service and disembark at the ‘Hampton by Hilton’ Hotel. Present your booking voucher to the bus driver for the free service when boarding. Buses run every 12 minutes between 7 am – 7 pm and every 20 minutes outside of these hours. You are entitled to a free shuttle service back to the airport on return by presenting this voucher to the driver. Call +44 1582 246 750 if you require assistance.

Green Motion are normally very good. This particular branch however was quite poor. Cars not clean, no windscreen washer fluid (not properly checked), supposed to be a full-to-full fuel policy but tank was completely empty. Several other customers were unhappy and complaining as were checking in. On return they found a tiny stone chip in the windscreen and charged us £75. It was dark outside and we suspect they were looking for it as we were not aware of any stones hitting the windscreen.

Great customer service on collection and return of the vehicle. Originally rented from Europcar but got refused due to some new rule that a random check has to be done on the driver. Budget were more than accommodating and their customer service makes me want to return

Staff arrived to work 15 minutes after the desk opening times. All other rental desks were operational from 8AM except Budget who started at 9 (well 9:15). That was very annoying!

'Alexandra' at Luton gave me a brand new, more spacious car than I thought I would get! On return, one of the staff thought that I may have made slight damage to the car, but volunteered nonetheless to ask another member of staff, who confirmed that the damage was negligible and did not warrant any payment. Very decent behavior!

Excellent vehicle. The gps voice direction was mostly wrong. It was giving wrong voice instructions and I started to ignore it and followed the visual (map) and the road signs to correctly take the directions I needed.
