Great Vehicle and service but the staff at the counter was a bit rude, making sexist comments on my partner and comments that she couldn't understand me due to my accent overall a bad experience in picking up the vehicle, apart from that everything was great.

Ask for upgrade and was turned down. The customer next to me was given a upgrade without he asking. The car had minimum level of windscreen washer fluid. Had a a hard time to drive in winter n snow without washer fluid. Bought my own windscreen washer fluid to top up and use for my driving in winter snow. Avis disappointed me.

予約は簡単で、使いやすかった。 メールでの質問にもすぐ答えてくれた。

オーランド国際空港でのレンタカー予約は今回で３回目だったので、深夜到着でも不安はありませんでした。予約していた車両が用意されておらず少し時間がかかりましたが、予約車種よりグレードの高い車両を予約価格でレンタル出来ました。到着ゲートがBゲートでAVIS窓口もBで手続きしましたが、車両はAゲート側の駐車場に停めてあり、たどり着くまで少し時間が掛かりました。 海外でのレンタカー予約は希望していた車種が無いことが度々あるので注意が必要です。

レンタカー予約のポータルサイトですが何度か利用して不満はありません。

they should be more clear that there is no office at airport

Pick-up location was under staffed so I had to wait quite a while.

Avis didn't have the type of car I requested but made up for it with a better car.

Worked very well as a booking service and yes the Price Drop did cut in. Satisfying. Will use again.

At counter they made us rebook as they could not find the booking

Service was good and speedy. The car itself had quite a lot of damage - to the point of starting to look a bit shabby. Calling it on-airport is a bit of a stretch as it is very far from the terminal and not even in the car hire village, but part of a hotel.

They didn't have the car we reserved so opted for an even better vehicle. Too large so we exchanged it the next day, no problem. Staff at both locations were friendly and easy to work with. No high pressure extra sales.

The counter staff, female was off hand and rude and very poor customer service. We ordered a Ford Edge or similar, a small/medium SUV and she drove out with a large oversized SUV Chevrolet Traverse. She told us it had internet and never gave us the password. We tried to call Avis several times and got no help. The huge Chevrolet still had rubbish in it from the previous renter and was dirty on the inside especially the windscreen. It had 68,000 miles on it. It was a gas guzzler and we spent an extra $200 on gas because of the car we were given, and didn’t order. The whole experience was frustrating and annoying. If the Avis employee in Phoenix had done her job properly, none of this would have happened. Extremely disappointing, the car was way too large fir our needs and turned out to be very expensive.

Queeq booking was ok, Avis was terrible, they need to employ efficient and caring staff

Der Westchester Airport ist übersichtlich, was für das Abholen und Anliefern von Mietautos einfach ist. Grundsätzlich sind US-Amerikanische Mietautos nicht so gut gereinigt wie in Europa, das war auch dieses mal so. Ansonsten alles den Erwartungen entsprechend, reibungslos.

まず良かったのは、車の選択肢が豊富だったこと。ビジネスで使うならちょっといい車が欲しいし、観光だったらコンパクトカーで十分だもんね。AVISはそこが柔軟だったかな。

予約から受け取り、返却までの手続きがそんなにめんどくさい感じじゃなくて、それは良かったよ。時間通りに返さないといけない時でも、スムーズにやり取りできたし。ただ、ちょっと高い印象もあるかな。他のレンタカー屋と比べると、AVISの料金がちょっと高めだったんだよね。でも、その分車の状態やサービスは良かったから、どっちが大事かは人それぞれかな。

Very straightforward. Once I got to the rental centre, the guy at the desk was very efficient. I had to wait about 15 mins for the car but that wasn't a problem at all. All very easy

It was easy enough. A smooth process all the way throughout

I pick up the car at night so I didn't really check it thoroughly before driving off. The next morning I discovered that the seats are full of bread crumbs which is probably left by the previous user. Overall the car is ok except for dirty seats.

Fast check-in and easy to find. no problems at all.
