The staff exceded our expectations. We didnt realise we left a wallet in the car but because of the prompt cleaner of the car she managed to locate and return the wallet to us before our flight which was much appreciated and beyond the call of duty.

It was awesome and easy

The car was new : just 24 km : it was perfect ! No queue at the Avis counter and clear explanations were provided in a very short time.

Very long to proceed on the web site : when I selected a car I got many pages to fill in, then I finished I got an answer than the car is not any more available or the price is actually double ? The opening our of the car rental companies are not provided on QEEQ web site. I had to go on each company web site to be able to find the company suitable with my flights.

Counter staff were SO helpful and very lovely

Excellent! Superb customer service. Car was clean and big with built in navigation (helpful if phone does not have internet service immediately in foreign country).

Reliable platform. Only I had to pay bumper to bumper insurance at service counter as it did not charge through QEEQ. So had slightly less spending money in country.

Like: The vehicle was almost brand new (only about 2,000 km driven) and had heaps of in-built comforts for the lowest category of car: camera for reversing, cruise control, Bluetooth connectivity, USB charger, estimated mileage report etc. It was easy to drive. The AVIS staff was very friendly. Since I hired the car for more than 4 days in New Zealand, I didn't have to pay a one-way fee because it was waived.

Value for money not so good
