Citywide staff were very helpful, accommodating and very efficient. We had a very neat and clean car.

Car was fine for our purpose, however the navigation system did not work! Even bought a new USB charger cable and nothing! It was very inconvenient.

Car was better than the model I had booked.

Good price. Some communication was convoluted & over-wordy. A little too much confusing and sometimes “pushy” info about joining QEEQ’s loyalty program.

The booking staff was so friendly and helpful. The whole process was very fast and well-run.

The car was an MG HS model, which is not similar the a Mitsubishi Outlander. It was the worst car I've ever driven. It was lacking in power and the gearbox was poorly mated to the engine, causing it to continuously hunt through the gears. The centre screen occasionally rebooted while driving and was also slow to load. The foot pedals were positioned too far to the left making it actually a little dangerous to drive. Was not happy with this vehicle. Also the photos that Apex supplied of the vehicle condition were of a poor standard. Many existing dints were not visible. Had to upload my own.

It was fine.

Provide a cool swap from 2wd to 4wd :) felt much better on gravel drives.

I was travelling from India with 2 old age people and 1 infant and I booked car to pick up from Sydney airport and drop off at Canberra. Actually I have booking through qeeq website and when I booked at that time I don't have any physical card or neither anything mentioned about it on website. So when I went to Sydney airport to collect the car the staff member told me he need physical bank card according to their policy . I explained my whole scenario but he didn't convinced. One of my friend with me who having licence and bank card with him but still the staff member has denied to tranfer that booking on his name. He told me to rebooking again which is cost me additional huge amounts. So finally I have to called my friend to get my bank card from Canberra and delivered to sydney airport. When my friend came with the card they don't have any car available and they arranged from domestic airport after wasting another 1 hour. So totally I have wasted a lot of time and money. I don't understand that if I have my licence with me, then what is the meaning of physical card and I told them i will pay through tap on by using the same account. And If physical card is that much important then why they allow to book through website? In some case I think they should also have to understand. They can transfer the car on my friends name but for some extra money they didn't. I will never use this services again.

Car was smaller than expected.

Car was actually issued through HErtz so car was an upgrade which was good. However the contract i had was for unlimited mileage yet HErtz wrote it up as 200kms per day. HAd we gone over our limit we would have had to argue about this. Hertz were supposed to email us a copy of the rental agreement but never did.

I was given amazing upgrade to Pick up truck, the staff member made our day.

Great product and service, however had small annoyance with booking the car.

Quick and easy process to book a rental car

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Given the holidays pick-up took longer than expected but it was easily solved by their partner company. The contract was signed in a rush and before inspecting the vehicle which led to the extra step of writing an email and making the drop-off staff aware of the original state of the car.

Booking is easy, price porctector never came up with anything better. At the end was pricy but good

Booked a mystery car and was thrilled with the car we had. Superb service at Avis desk at Sydney airport.
