I like the convenience of the branch office that's right next to Perth International Airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. The drop-off of the car key is easy too. No need to go through the office & counter. The car is good.

Good price. Some communication was convoluted & over-wordy. A little too much confusing and sometimes “pushy” info about joining QEEQ’s loyalty program.
Not happy about the hidden costs for insurance for windscreen and headlight glass.
Then told that excess of $ 5000 if the car was involved in an accident.
The Vehicle is very unsafe to drive.
Wanted a Carolla and got a Chery as an upgrade.
The lane detection not very accurate and the auto correct to aggressive, causing me to have hold the steering more intensively, hands sore after driving.
the speed notification shown on mthe dashboard, inaccurate to whats on the road. Sometimes showing 80 or even 50 on a 100 km zones. At times GPS on phone would warn of speed limit on the road and the indication on the dash would be different.
Will not drive this type of vehicle again.

Initially I felt apprehensive to book with third party platform, however I have positive experience with QEEQ. The platform is straight forward and easy to use and telephone inquiry also met with friendly and competent customer service staffs. I am happy to give 5 stars review to QEEQ
I did purchase reduce access insurance with QEEQ and glad that I do not need to make claim, be good to see review from anyone who might have insurance issue either positive or negative
It's been ten days and I still haven't gotten my deposit refund.
And The drop off point is difficult to find. We do not know where is the office. The office in The airport is closed when 6 pm.

Waited for half an hour because the pre-booked baby seat wasn’t fitted.
The car itself was disgustingly filthy. Had never been cleaned and the previous occupants had left such a horrible mess. Steering wheel and dashboard screen and buttons were covered in an unknown sticky substance. The car smelled of smoke mixed with fruit juice (presumably previously spilled in the car). There was food all on the floors and under the seats and discarded cigarette butts under the seats. The boot was full of mud and dirt. I contacted Europcar but they never returned my calls or emails.
We only hired the car for 24 hours and I was in such a rush I wasn’t able to return the car and ask for an exchange.
It was a surprise upgrade and a very pleasant car to drive with surprisingly low fuel consumption.
Check in was handled quickly by friendly counter staff.
I will be using QEEQ again and highly recommend to anyone seeking to hire a car.

The Europcar office is easy to find, instruction provided to pick up and drop off car is very clear and useful. Customer service is very helpful and polite. The SUV car I rented is pretty new and spacious, my kids like it very much. We really enjoyed the trip, double thumbs up for Europcar :).

Was told at Melbourne Intl airport to go to downtown Melbourne to do an exchange for vehicle. From Isuzu mux to Toyota Kluger. Went down the next day and the counter manager told me no Kluger available. In fact none for the entire Victoria. Simply brush me off by saying Europcar cannot do anything to help. Also the agreement from Europcar mention excess of $5000 which should have been zero since I have upgraded my booking to include zero excess.
Pick up and drop was quick and easy. Car was new and perfect for our trip, opted for a larger SUV so that we had a bit more comfort and was super happy with the price and glad we made that choice.
Super helpful staff, no push to upsell, hidden charges etc. Vehicle was clean, fully fuelled and ready to go. Toll roads were automatically billed as used. Highly recommended!
