Pickup from Branch or Car Park & After Hours Pickup

Europcar customers arriving into T2 and T3 domestic terminals with a Reservation can proceed directly to the free Car Rental shuttle bus service which is located outside the T2 and T3 domestic terminals opposite the baggage carousel. The shuttle will take you to Europcar's vehicle pick up location at 47 Ross Smith Avenue Mascot (see map :https://www.europcar.com.au/files/live/sites/Europcar.com.au/files/contributed/promotions/2022/CarRental_Return_.jpg). You should allow approximately 30 minutes for the expected travel time for the shuttle bus trip. Customers without a booking must arrange a car rental at the Europcar rental desks located within the T2 and T3 Domestic terminals prior to accessing the free shuttle bus service. Only customers with an existing car rental booking will be able to access the free shuttle bus service to Europcar's new location for vehicle collection. Please Note: This does not apply to the International Terminal airport pickups at T1

Return to the Store, Car Park or Key Box & After Hours Return

You must drop off their vehicle at Europcar's temporary location at 47 Ross Smith Avenue, Mascot. A free shuttle bus service will be operated for customers to then get to the T2 and T3 Domestic Terminal buildings. Please allow approximately 30 minutes for the expected travel time for a one-way shuttle bus trip back to the T2 and T3 Terminal buildings. NOTE: For all drop offs outside of Europcar's trading hours at Sydney Airport, please return the vehicle to the International Terminal T1.

    Like: The team at Europcar were great, even though we did not get the car we reserved they looked after us with providing an upgrade, it was a nice surprise my kids are still talking about the Jaguar SUV we drove to Melbourne in.

    I did have some problem as I was still charged with additional 2 child care seats ( although I only used 1) despite going to the counter and rectify it before I drove off. I saw the counter lady made the correction in the system.The receipt was finalised a few days later and by then I noticed it was still on it. That was my only problem.
