Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was given a different car than ordered because it was needed at MCO.
The car needed to be hosed down to clean the body and especially the windows, which were very dirty.

Car was good the only issue I had was there was a strong smell of smoke every time i got into the car. It seems like the previous renters smoked alot in the car.
Other than that everything else was excellent.
Everything was very good, however it was not clear that the rental would be proceeded through Advantage Rent a Car. It threw me off a little bit, because I kept looking for the Europcar sign, which made me think I needed a shuttle. I had to call to EasyRentCars central until the misunderstanding was undone.

Europcar do not operate from Tampa, instead they use another provider who I was not informed about so when I arrived I could not find the provider. Given a vehicle of the grim the manufacturer but smaller model

Car was in terrible condition. There were cigarette burns and stains on the seats. You could tell the car was previously in an accident because of all the scrapes, missing paint, and the car panels kept popping out. They also tried making me pay for the car again even though it was prepaid. This was this biggest waste of time. Then I had to call to sort it out and they are located in Europe and it was difficult to communicate with them. Scammers!

Europcar does not exist at Tampa Airport where I was supposed to get my car. It was very stressful until I got in touch with someone who told me to look for Advantage. Then they had no record of my payment. I never in my whole life had a worse experience.

Like: All staff I interacted with were affable and generous. I felt well informed and well taken care of. What I appreciated was understanding why things were taking so long: the staff focussed on the customer care and went into detail when answering questions and helping customers make the right choices. I was happy with the way that Geneva handled my query; I felt like I was the only customer in the room -- unrushed and highly valued. Dislike: I had not anticipated close to 1.5 hours from queue to driving off with the car. If I had known this, I would have built this into my schedule and my 7 year old daughter was tired from flying and very fed up. Moreover it had a knock on-effect on my next appointment to collect a key from the air bnb accommodation contact, so I had a lot of apologising to do.
Europcar were unable to tell us whether we would receive a 4WD/AWD car before picking up. They also don't fit cars with winter tyres (despite us requesting them). Both of these can be made a legal state requirement to drive on Colorado roads during winter storms, as happened numerous times during our trip. It was only through luck that we received a 4WD and so could get by without proper winter tyres. This is a huge safety issue, it's crazy to be sending people out driving on Colorado roads in the middle of winter without winter tyres.
The car was fine, except the brakes needed to be serviced. They squealed & caught at low speeds. The driver’s side window was sluggish & the gasket came out of the track. Other aspects of the car were fine.
The sign for Europcar could have been bigger and displayed on the wall as the other are. As it is, it is only a small countertop sign which is hard to see and located at a different desk.

Counter staff kept trying to sell expensive add-ons with vague explanations. Became somewhat surly when refused. Car's 12 volt plugs were inoperative. Cell phone ran out since it could not be recharged. I mentioned this on return but attendant could not understand my comments.
The coralla was perfect for my needs. Good mileage and fine ride. Car was a little dinged and scuffed but that was ok. I didn't know that EZ rentals was giving us the car for Europcar so it took a little longer to find you but return was super easy.
Like: The vehicle similar with I had reserved Dislike: When a person make reservation online is important specify that the credit card must be driver, because if no must leave a deposit.
The person that are in the reception must be bilingual and friendly too.
