We rented a Mercedes V class and the lady at the counter did not pre-warn us that we have to re-fill Ad Blue for diesel cars. We ended up have to fill up Ad Blue on our own.

Pre check in so not having to spend 15.20 mins at airport reconfirming all my info which you already had on the booking. Poor information on return process... Office closed so had to go to terminal and then told to return to car park and put keys in drop box. No clear instructions and time wasted on my side
Great service - we arrived later than anticipated but the desk was still open on arrival. Also, we left a mobile phone in the car when we dropped it back and the Avis/Budget representative (a Mexican chap) very kindly chased after us from the 5th floor of the car park to give the phone back. Would definitely recommend!

Everything about the car rental was very good indeed except the time to it took to pick up the car. It took over 2 hours ! The representatives were very pleasant and helpful but each customer took an average of 30+ minutes to process, only one customer was processed under 30 minutes.
The drop off time and process however was excellent !

Very impressed with Easyrentcars.com. The process of booking was easy and clear.
I order Audi A3. I was expected sedan. They provide not sedan, not Audi, just some other car and hatchback. NO space for a baggage. I requested another car, sedan. They gave again hatchback. No space. 5 people of us. They sad that Audi A3 is hatchback too. Finally we choose small SUV with manual transmission instead of paid automatic for the same money. The engine was so weak, it was a terrible driving, especially to the hill.
It was a terrible experience for drop - off. They trying to put on me the existing scratches. They didn't report them anywhere when I pick up the car. They didn't check the car before giving to me.

I booked an Audi or similar. I was given a Ford. They had many Audi’s but the cost of the booking went from €150 to €400 so I took the Ford. When I said that I had booked an Audi, the staff had no solution.

Car had a number of marks on it despite it having been recorded as having no marks on it upon collection of the vehicle. We chose this firm for the full to full fuel policy which we followed, but hidden in the terms and conditions was a 19 euro fuel policy automatic fee. This is always charged regardless of you bringing the car back full of fuel. You may as well just add that to the original booking fee. It’s sad that we still have to battle hidden charges in this day and age.

Then gave me a van instead of a car and said they didnt have anything else.
Was asked to come back next day and picked up a better car.

Good process. Satisfied with vehicle. However still waiting for funds to be returned back to bank account 10 days after drop off despite staff stating that everything was fine.
Car was dirty when I got it...I actually had to clean it. This car was heavily scratched and dented. There was also a cap on the back of the car that would fall and hang everytime I drove, I would have to slot it back in each and every time I parked with concern that someone would pull it out. ( I have pictures ). Upon my return, they didn't even got up from the front desk, didn't want to walk around the car to inspect that I had made zero damage, he just asked me if I filled the tank. I always rent from Avis at this location and this is the second time in a row that the car is dirty. I don't typically right reviews but this time was not acceptable. Not sure I will rent from them again.
We waited around 30/40 minuties in the collection que for our vehicle, service seemed really really slow for each customer even though there were two members of staff dealing with customers and a third behind a computer.
When it eventually came to our turn, we were told about the deposit if £1950 to put onto a credit card this was fine as we had taken out our own damage waiver Insurance. The staff member asked if we wanted to upgrade so £0 deposit on a credit card when we said no thankyou she seemed quite shocked and checked we were sure.
We had booked a group c vehicle c4 cactus or similar, we were given paperwork to sign for a vw polo when we questioned this and asked is that not smaller will we fit, we were told yes you will be fine there is only three if you. We said we would go see the car and see if the size was enough for us as we just wanted to get on our way after a long wait.
We walked away and decided to look online, seeing that a vw polo is smaller and is group b vehicle we returned to the desk again and joined the que after a few minutes the lady that had served us noticed we were back and approached us we explained about the different group and that we would just like the car we booked and paid for in the same group. We waited again and after a few phone calls we were then allocated a Hyundai i30 and so went to collect that.
While waiting for the car to arrive we saw the couple before us who had still not left either they were on there third car the first one had an issue (can’t remember what) and the second one had a flat tyre they had been told it’s fine just take the car and you can get the tyre blown back up. Why would any customer just landed for there holiday want to do that?? And what if it couldn’t simply be blown up? This demonstrates really poor customer service.
At the desk when we asked about getting the polo we were told there are no c4 cactus we’ll surely then you should upgrade us if you don’t have what we purchased not downgrade
I had an accident with the car about an hour after collecting it. I took it back to Budget and was given another car. I paid the 1384 euro damage. I now need a damage report and proof of payment from Budget so I can claim from the insurance I took through Easyrentcars. I send numerous emails to Budget. Not a single reply. Used all the email addresses on their documentation. The person at the Budget counter at the airport told my that they cannot supply me with these documents. Although my experience collecting/drop off and the vehicle was very good, my frustration with the company spoils the good experience I had
