You can arrive of Budget - Sur Airport- Off Airport car rental by free shuttle bus.

The office is 3 minutes from the terminal building. Arrival at the airport, pick up luggage and proceed to the exit door and turn right to the Taxi and Micro Bus exit. Down the hallway on the left side look for office number 2, Canary Shuttle. The office will advise when the next shuttle departure is and the parking place number where the shuttle will be parked. When you have all the information proceed to the Micro Bus exit and the shuttle parking place number. In case you can't find it please contact +34 608 01 38 23 and we will help you. Shuttles depart every 30 minutes and take less than 5 minutes to the depot.

Pick up point was very difficult to find, several other customers for Budget just standing around waiting in random spots - bus didn’t have a Budget logo on it. Office didn’t respond to phone calls after landing to help us find the bus stop. Once on the bus (after 65 minutes) the process was as easy as with other car rental firms

The rental company charge me at the desk extra fee for a full fuel tank. I don't know why because I booked fuel option full and pay in advance. So I pay for this option twice.

Car had a number of marks on it despite it having been recorded as having no marks on it upon collection of the vehicle. We chose this firm for the full to full fuel policy which we followed, but hidden in the terms and conditions was a 19 euro fuel policy automatic fee. This is always charged regardless of you bringing the car back full of fuel. You may as well just add that to the original booking fee. It’s sad that we still have to battle hidden charges in this day and age.
