Ne jamais prendre une voiture chez Interrent. Ils m'ont demandé 108 euros pour ne pas laisser la caution de 1300 euros car la caution est retenue pendant 30 jours ou plus. Après j'avais réservé une voiture au terminal mais comme il n'y avait plus j'ai étais obligé de prendre la navette.En plus j'ai reçu une voiture mixte méthane + essence et le réservoir été à moitié vide.Impossible de trouver une station de méthane à proximité de la ville ou j'ai passé mes vacances. Vaut mieux ne pas visiter l’Italie que de prendre une location chez eux.
Interrent / Goldcar in Menorca provide the worst pick-up and drop-off experience I've ever been made to suffer. Ever...
Out of date and confusing signing makes you spend 30min in the airport before you find where the shuttle is. That is followed by 2 hours of queues under the sun with third-world services before you can pick up your car. And that is culminated with a drop-off that included about an hour wait for the shuttle.
Worst experience ever... Never again Interrent. Never again Goldcar.
Counter Staff was rude and utterly unprofessional. New terms and conditions were introduced and, to be precise, imposed at pick up (e.g. while 300/500 deposit was agreed in the booking made online, 1100 were held at pick up, not to mention other airport and operations fees not disclosed at booking stage). They also tried to sell an additional insurance policy of Eur 200+ - despite I made clear that I had already bought total coverage ("0 waiver") at booking stage.
Needless to say, first and last time I rent from this company.

Our flight was late I try to contact via e mail, phone, Facebook, what's app with no answer.
Phone number also incorrect on the booking. Customer service closes at 5 pm but no good when that's the only number to call.
2nd time I used. 1st in Porto airport which is one of my worst experiences ever. But Lisbon was by miles superior.
Car did have lots of scratches etc... But all in the paperwork so OK.
We waited over 2 hours to get to the counter, and the agents while thorough, seemed overwhelmed. Once we were helped, we were frustrated that the cost was much more than the original amount paid on the website. It was confusing and felt like a rip off.

Car was due for service but they didn’t seem to worry about this.
Car wasn’t really clean.
Guy at the counter under the pressure : only 1 man for 6/7 customers.
Should be precised that this agency is located within the Europcar’s office.
Counter staff were terrible. They were rude, unhelpful and aggressive. They were dishonest in order to sell us additional insurance and became angry when we wouldn't take out their insurance. The staff were clearly speaking about us rudely to each other assuming that we wouldn't understand the language. The manager was also rude and aggressive. Awful experience.

The attitude of the counter staff was very poor with threats of financial penalty when costs for additional insurance cover was declined. Said that my World wide multi excess cover taken many times before was not valid. The car was excellent, but because of the poor attitude of counter staff would not consider using Interrent again or consider recommending to others

Very busy when collecting the car.
Made to sign paperwork before inspecting vehicle
When I highlighted the condition with the man at car collection all the damage was put onto a duplicate sheet. He took a copy and I took a copy. When bringing the car back none of the damage had been passed on and they initially tried to say I had done it. Luckily I had checked the car and had all of my paperwork to hand. Alot of people will be caught out by this and I see it as a scam being run by the company. Very disappointed.

sent us pictures of scratched car without any identification number and never replied on the request. Finally charged us for about EUR 150 for scratched front bumper ! interesting how should I had checked it before, on the kneels ?! unfair behavior to the customers, strongly DO NOT recommend.

Would have been an excellent experience if the paperwork had not informed us to wait for the shuttle bus!
We stood for 30 minutes then called the telephone number on the paperwork (which didn't work!) When we finally got hold of a member of staff they informed us that we needed to go to the Gold Car desk in the terminal.
The gentleman at the desk was most apologetic that we had been stood for nearly an hour waiting! (Not his fault)
Please get paperwork right in future. This was most frustrating for us at the start of our holiday.

Sort paperwork so that it has accurate information and telephone numbers that work!
We arrived on Saturday and the queue was extremely long to pick up the car, with only one person working at the pickup desk and another at the car park. The people in front of me in the queue had damaged their car and I ended up waiting almost 2h to get my car. But once I collected it, everything went fine. The drop off was on a Tuesday and it was very quick, as there was no queue, no one had any issues and two staff worked both at the desk and outside. I will use them again.
The location of the pick-up booth was not clear, the billboard only says Europcar, and we had no clue to know it corresponded to Interrent. For a while, we thought we had been scammed!
At the counter of Interrent, there is any signs that the office of Interrent moved to Goldcar. At the counter of Goldcar there is no sign, that hier can pick up the car people with interrent voucher.
The crew tried to get from me the adminstration fee, although in my voucher of stood clear, that I paid all taxes and fees.

I got better car then I expected. Instead of Ford Focus, petrol, I got Kia Sportage 1.6 l diesel. Economical and in very good condition. However, even I returned car with the full tank, today is fourth day that reserved deposit for the fuel is not released . Still waiting.
