Car exceeded expectations in size. Was spacious even with 4 adults and 4 cases. Was the easiest collection and return we ever had. And we’ve used many. No strong arm sales pitch just pick up and go.

I was a little worried about using QEEQ but gave it a go. Price was very little difference once I signed up. Now I have future benefits should really show. Easy to use.

The car was a great size and we were thrilled with it.

The car was in generally good condition and clean but had some minor faults (tyre pressure and poor steering). Drop off in LA airport was difficult as we could no locate the Avis centre and ended up at Budget.

The car was old, 40000 miles, the seats wera all stainted ( beige garment ), the carpet at the driver's feet was vey used you could see through it Wort rental car I have ever had Though the droving was nice , no use problem

A different type of car was provided but it was still the size required, so fine with us. The car was clean on the inside but hadn’t been washed on the outside. The car was damaged upon collection and therefore we had to go back into the airport terminal to report this, which wasn’t ideal after a long flight landing late at night. The assistant was trying to sell additional extras that we did not require and even added on roadside assistance which we did not request, however upon contacting Avis customer services it has been agreed that this will be refunded. Luckily we got to the front of the queue, otherwise there would have been a long wait for collection.

I was a bit worried about using Qeeq but found I had no need to worry. The price was the best I could find on the internet, included all the insurance etc necessary and we had no problems.

Counter staff in San Diego were unable to help with permit for driving in Canada. This was later resolved at Eugene Airport branch within 10 minutes after customer support from QEEQ

Very friendly staff, was offered an upgrade for $10 a day but was charged $30 a day. I wrote and complained to AVIS and they refunded me the difference immediately

Considering I booked the car the day before rental commencement I cannot fault the service and vehicle provided.

I had a query on my return and contacted QEEQ, they responded quickly and answered my query.

Got a slight upgrade on the car grade which was nice. However, the car was quite scuffed around the edges (I guess previous renters weren’t very careful with it). However, the interior of the car was not great. We found old documents and stuff in the storage areas and door bins. Also, I feel that Avis should refill the washer fluid after every rental. After a day of use, the fluid warning light came on. This is actually the second time that it has happened to me on an Avis rental. Both times, I obviously just bought some replacement fluid, but I really shouldn’t have to and I think it’s a safety issue. One last thing, is that it seems a strange decision for the car not to have front and rear sensor options fitted given its size. Might explain why there were some scuffs around it when we picked it up…?

The service was excellent but vehicle condition was poor! We were upgraded to a large SUV as the luggage did not fit in the original vehicle. This was excellent. However, the condition of the vehicle was poor. The bodywork had several scratches and dints, the seats dirty, no water in the screen wash and a plastic cover missing from an internal door handle.
