My call from the airport was answered immediately, and the pickup was around ten minutes later - I was driving away in the car within 30 minutes of calling. Staff were polite and friendly, car was clean and economical
Car was in very poor shape; it was missing a rim cap, interior was stained, floor was not vacuumed, exterior was not washed, provided usb cables were broken. Pick up location was inaccessible and in absolute decay. The lady at the front desk was great. Will not be using yesaway again.
The first car broke down in dangerous circumstances. Complete electrical failure which affected break and steering systems and rendered the car undrivable. Road side assistance took 7 hours and replacement car 24 hours. The whole process had financial implications for us.
After I returned the second car YESAWAY advised that I had additional money to pay as petrol tank on first vehicle was not full as per agreement. Given the car had broken down causing me hugh cost and inconvenience and was probably not roadworthy when they hired it to me is a bit rich. Having taken the money they will not respond to my emails.
Counter staff and shuttle staff was AMAZING! The car was a little underwhelming. Very banged up, windshield wipers didn’t work good and it rained so much 2 of the days. The rental car even over heated one day so the shuttle driver came and swapped us a car. But we had to wait for 2 hrs for responses.

Yesaway were amazing. The car was spotlessly clean (25k on the mileage). The staff at the handovers were very helpful, kind and efficient. Great communication with the team through WhatsApp to arrange pickups and drop offs. Nice touches in the car with phone holder, usb charger, and an umbrella. Thank you to all the team at Yesaway Chiang Mae, you were awesome.

I had a little tech hiccup with the platform that I couldn't see my booking in the app the night before pickup. I had email confirmations but not the voucher. Luckily the customer support staff I contacted on the app were great and resolved this very quickly. Thank you
The car was very dirty, lots of scratches marks and bumps, there was a large hose bucket and wash gear in the boot of the car, it was well passed at service state and the fuel consumption probably because of this was very bad,
We were misinformed as it said the pick up and drop off was at the airport when in actual fact being there was no courtesy bus we had to get a taxi and an Uber with a total cost of $75 all in all we may as well put that money together with the cost you charged and gone with a decent reputable company and picked it up at the airport
Was a new car - taking/handing over were very smooth (though Yesaway has no counter at the airport. Just need to give a call, and staff came to receive us.
No problem for the 6 days (880km) of rental

Very easy and hassle free process of getting the car from the team. Minimal documentation work as well and quick handover of the car at the Phuket airport. Everything good about the car as well. They gave me a Toyota Vios as promised. Also the return of the car was easy. Very good car rental for your next trip!!
Car smelled of cigarette. I was told that there was airport transfer to the car park, but there wasn't, so I had to pay 2x Uber of about $30 each out of my own pocket. I paid $800 bond deposit that should have been refunded within two weeks of car return, it is now over three weeks and I'm still waiting, with no help from QEEQ and no response from the car supplier.
No problems at all with the rental and the service received. I think the tyres on the vehicle need to be checked. When refuelling, I noticed they were a little bald.
Rental company that you can rely on based on my last experience. If you want to have worry free self drive trip, it is highly recommended to include AXA full insurance cover.
The car was as advertised and very clean. On pickup the staff member was solo and took a bit of time to process the customers waiting but I wasn’t in a hurry (had I been trying to make an appointment this may have been an issue). The staff were polite and professional. The car return was very quick comparatively. Do take note of where you exit the rental yard as mapping systems don’t recognise the exact driveway and getting back took a bit of trial and error to retrace my steps. Overall pretty good.
