Excellent service !!

Très satisfait !!

Nous avions loué une voiture type Toyota Aygo et finalement à notre grande surprise nous avons eu une Dacia Stepway ce qui nous a ravi d’avoir une voiture plus spacieuse. Par contre, l’employé au retour du véhicule n’etait pas très sympathique, pas du tout souriant et nous a expédié à la vitesse de l’éclair.

Un peu compliqué de chercher la conversion en euro car prix indiqué en dollar

J'ai attendu très longtemps pour récupérer le véhicule. C'est dommage?

Une voiture de 1900 km qui tombe en panne en retour, nous aurions pu nous tuer...scandaleux!

Plus de 2h30 pour recuperer la voiture de location. Totalement inadmissible

We got Ford Focus station wagon, which was an upgrade from the booked car. Did not receive the instructions how to enter "rental return" part of the Paris CDG Terminal parking, so ended up in the public car park.

Easy booking, excellent price with booking several months in advance.

We liked the car. Service for us at collection and drop off were good but another customer was getting a hard sell for extra insurance which would put us off renting with budget again. We did have to queue a long time to pick up the car.

They tried really hard but found it hard to cope with just a few customers.

We only got a Ford Focus despite booking an SUV but accepted it as we were in a rush , crap pick up but good drop off.

The car was better than expected, as it was the next level up, and better for size, but cost more, as size booked not present. Needed to take extra insurance as car larger and more susceptible to accidental damage, so cost increased. However, overall satisfied by service and cleanliness of vehicle. Full set of vehicle options were present and great to use, such as sat nav, parking camera, and cruise control.

Booking platform was easy to use and sort. Vehicle choices laid out well to choose right vehicle from online pages. Quick and efficient collection.

La voiture n’aurait pas dû être louée car elle devait partir à la révision des 25000 km. Pour cette raison, à chaque démarrage, le GPS me proposait de me rendre dans le garage le plus proche pour effectuer la maintenance. la voiture n’était pas propre, il restait même une grande bouteille laissée par le locataire précédent. Manque de professionnalisme évident.

The car I was given was NOT in the same bracket as that which I ordered - it was NOT a medium SUV !! A Renault Captur ?!?!?! Versus ordered Ford Ecosport ?!?!? Cop on ! Renault Captur is basically a super mini.

VOLVO CAR WAS ADVERTISED AND WE WERE GIVEN A HYUNDAI, COUNTER PERSON SAID IT WAS SAME CATEGORY. IT DEF IS NOT THE SAME CATEGORY. THEY ALSO TRIED TO UPSELL AND WE WERE NOT INTERESTED. VERY DISAPPOINTING AS WE WAITED IN LINE FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS. FALSE ADVERTISING FOR THE CAR. NEVER AGAIN,

Voiture automatique à ma demande. Bonne voiture. Beaucoup de monde au comptoir et donc beaucoup d’attente mais Personnel compétent et souriant.

I would never hire a car from Budget cars at Nice Airport ever again it took them nearly 3 hours to process 8 customers they had 5 staff on then 2 left at that point there was 20 customers in the queue. When we final got and found the car. The car park exit ticket would not lets us out of the car park & we had to go back to the rental desk for another ticket. The 2nd car park exit ticket didn't work so a security guard let us out. We got half way to Mougins and the fuel light came on we just manged to get there. The car was to come with a full tank. we returned with half a tank. Just to finish the Lady who serviced us was not pleasant and could do some customer training

Voiture agréable à conduire et confortable mais sale à la réception : carrosserie, sable présent dans l’habitacle et pas de lave-glace. les suppléments (2ème conducteur, diminution franchisse) double le prix de résa ! Satisfaction mitigée

l'indication BUDGET n'est pas marquée à la gare d'Annecy , il faut savoir que c'est le même parking que AVIS ! LE RESTE PARFAIT
