The counter staff Bobby was excellent in his service. The cleanliness of the car could be better.

Had to wait over 2hours from when I arrived at the counter to when I finally got my car. They didn’t have any cars available so I had to wait for one to arrive. They did end up giving me a larger size vehicle but that’s probably because they had no other options.

Easy to use

The car was late and the desk was hard to find, sign hidden behind a column. The car was low on fuel compared with the documentation

It worked well and there was no issues once we arrived at Thriftys.

Got upgraded to an electric vehicle (polestar) which was great but car was only 30% charged. Good thing I didn't have to go far the first day.

The computers at the check in were malfunctioning and the was a 50minute wait. They seemed antagonistic to us for booking with QEEQ and not directly with them. They tried to get us to buy extra insurance implying our already paid for options with QEEQ May not operate efficiently. There was no staff member to run us through the controls of the hire car. It took us 30 mins to use the manual and get a necessary knowledge of where everything was located.

Voiture performante et sobre en carburant. Très grands espaces à bord et coffre également. Aucun souci à la restitution, simple et efficace.
