Nous avons eu un problème de vandalisme durant une nuit et le lendemain matin la société a procédé au remplacement du véhicule immédiatement et nous à même sur-classé.

No. I requested and paid for SUV car Hyundai (Santafi), after 10 days the car stopped at the middle of the road due to mechanical problem they pull up the car and replace it with a smaller one KIA (Otima) despite I went to their office twice explaining to them I need a car suitable for my condition specially I have two kids but their unstoppable answer “we run out of stock” I tried so badly to communicate with them through Twiter and via emails but nothing happened. I returned the car and paid for SUV car but actually I used smaller one.
Like: Chrysler vehicle spacious and a pleasure to drive. We could leave vehicle at Minneapolis airport, after departing from Winnipeg. Dislike: GPS was difficult to use and it got confused when near USA/Canada border. Speedometer only in km which made it more difficult in USA when using mph.
Everything went smooth. I was given a free upgrade upon pick up which was a pleasant surprise. Counter staff were very helpful and the lady at drop off location was very courteous as well. Overall great experience.
I would request Alamo staff at Pearson airport location to pick up the phone. Tried connecting several times but no body picked and I had to connect to help desk for some queries. However apart from this, service was excellent and I would book again with Alamo.

Every car is different. Staff need to show or explain all the basics of car, such as adjusting the seats, side mirrors, hand brake, lights, turn signals, pumping petrol etc. I was left alone to figure out on those items mentioned and takes quite some time. And the car was parked in front of the exit and the car behind have to wait whilst I am checking and figuring out all those items.
However I am impressed by the efficient process of the car return in Toronto Pearson Airport.

The booking process was smooth. I don't have any problem. I didn't get the chance to see how the price protector works..hence I can't comment on it's usefulness.
The counter lady need to treat customer better, I have purchased everything with my booking including extra insurance for $11 per day but she was insinuating that I do not have the insurance and it is on my own risk if I do not accept what she is offering at the end she end up adding 26 dollars to my bill in order to remove the 500 dollar waiver. Not straight forward and will not use the same lady again

Dislike: When we went to pick up the car which we had prepaid for the clerk was going to charge us an additional $200+ as a drop off charge. It was only my protest that caused her to check with her manager who waived this charge. As this was not even mentioned in the prepaid reservation I was shocked to first hear of it at pickup. This needs to be addressed in future rentals and it is an absurd charge. No one should have to pay that especially when you are quoted a specific cost for your total trip and prepay it.
