Car was in very good condition and drove pretty well. The staff were helpful and cooperative.

Having many car choices with several rental companies on one platform was very helpful. Booking process went smoothly as well. The only annoying thing was that the exact amount for security deposit wasn't mentioned in my booking. Only when I went to pick up the car I came to know that I had to pay the full excess upfront as a security deposit, which was a lot.

I have expressed my comments via their customer survey that the car seat we rented are not up to standard (the cleanliness, the condition and etc.) others (their services and car conditions) are definitely up to standard.

I spent a lot of times in clarifying whether the rentedcar can be brought to ferry ride. I initially checked with your CS that budget car rental allowed us to do that . At the end, we got replied from budget that it doesn’t allow. This is quite frustrating with the clarifications. Different parties provide different replies.

The car exceeded my expectations. The car condition is good, new and it is very clean and comfortable.

The counter staff member at Apex Melbourne city office was extremely helpful and pleasant. The car was fairly new, clean and in good condition. Overall, we were happy with Apex car rentals and would use them again.

I initially chose Easyrentcars.com as a booking platform because they offered the best deal for a one way rental from Melbourne to Sydney.

メルボルン空港でピックアップしてもらう方法が電話のみで英語のできる娘がいなければ、ピックアップの場所も分からなかった。レンタカーは元々日本車でナビもつけられのに、検索機能も貧弱なカーナビでした。

予約はスムーズで価格の満足しています。しかし、車の提供会社をもう少し分かり安くして欲しかった。ピックアップの方法、現地交通ルール注意も日本語で知りたかった。

The staff are always very friendly. I’ve been booking with apex quite frequently and they never fail with impeccable customer service and the cars they provide are very nice.

Everything was fine apart from upon pick up the member of staff was very rude and abrumpt, and also on his phone the whole time. My second visit the member of staff was alot friendlier and offered me an upgrade.

The car was not in the best condition and not a new model. No Sat NAV which you would have expected on a newer model but this was probably why this was a good deal.

As it is a foreign booking service it makes it hard to make any changes to bookings

I had an issue with pick-up due to my flight being delayed and me being unable to change my booking to after hours pickup. The customer service was amazing from the manager as he was able to change my pick-up time, day and location due to the circumstances which made my life so much easier. The car that I received was also so much better than I expected. The Hyundai Accent had car play and cruise control which was perfect to use for road trips across great ocean road.

Apex car rental provide good service and tip top condition vehicles

The car had not been cleaned, the outside was still dirty, the seats were stained from liquid spillage, carpets and foot rests were dusty and dirty. The child seats had not been cleaned or wiped over either. We had to wipe over the car and seats ourselves. The car was quite old, the doors sometimes became jammed, the key lock did not always work and it did not have a reversing camera for safety. One should be installed. the child seats had not been pre-installed upon pick up so I had to wait for them to be installed and they did not have a tether extension for one of the child seats so we couldn’t install it where we wanted to along the back row of seats. This is something that the company should stock, they are inexpensive and easy to use. There was no manual in the car so we couldn’t work out if we were using the anchor points correctly. It was dark and the employee didn’t even have a torch so we both had to use our phone lights- absurd! Pick up time took close to an hr, one employee at the desk either didn’t know how or couldn’t process my pick up so we had to wait for the other employee to finish his phone call.

Instructions at Melbourne airport for pick up needs to be updated. I called apex and was directed with much ease. Car was great and staff very friendly.

I rent cars wherever I travel! Apex just became my #1. I have never seen such respect for customers, from the moment of pickup (front desk) up to the end! Polite and smiling people! All the other companies have hidden payments for the last moment; NOT with Apex! Congratulations! You exceeded my expectations!
