Over charged for returning the car with empty fuel tank, was told it was the cheapest fuel rate in town, it wasn’t and was charged more than was needed to fill the tank, rip off!

Like: The employee was friendly. He also helped us in the facilitation of picking up the rental car. Dislike: The person in front of us took a while to decide. It would have been better if those who had confirmation letters be in one line while those who had none would be in another.
Emergency call hotline cannot help promptly and directly. Can be improve service when accidents happen. e.g can change the car at anywhere and no need back to the airport.
