The booking platform worked okay but I ended up being forced to accept different terms with the car hire company (Easirent) from the terms agreed with Easyrentcars which makes for a very uncomfortable situation if something were to go wrong. Easyrentcars need to be more selective with the companies they represent - and it only takes a simple internet search to see how dismal Easirent is as a car hire company.
The worst part was to pick up the car. It took really long time. I was forced to pay extra for second driver even if I did not need it. The person at the counter told me because I gave my credit card I have to be added as a driver and pay for it. ( I did not need this option but was forced to take it)As a result our booking costed more then planned. I would not rent with easirent again.
The staff at Easirent were nice and helped me with everything I needed. Picking up was easy although there was an issue with one of the tires but the lady helped me fill it up at the location and I was on my way!

I don't understand Easyrentcars was so much cheaper than all the other options. I was nervous but seemingly for no reason and everything seemed to work out superbly.
Even though I arrived at the time and day booked months in advance, they did not have a car ready. After trying to give me a smaller car, I had to wait for someone to go get a car for me. They got the car but it was painful to have to sit around and wait.
My vehicle had bluetooth, rearview camera, touch screen radio.
It did NOT have automatic windows or door locks which was a hassle considering it’s 2019.
My other family members were upgraded to SUV and they paid half of what I paid ....
The check-In process was brutal, they kept 1,800US for deposit which was bot written ANYWHERE
And I had to call my insurance long distance to prove I was insured because he did not believe my proof of insurance...
I waited over an hour to get my car. There was one person working and the lobby was full. They did not have the vehicle I reserved. The car they gave me was dirty and damaged with dents and scratches.
This particular branch was terrible. Added on £500 in hidden fees. Rude counter staff that talked to you like you was a idiot and wasting there time. Just ripped us off.

The clerk at the counter try to become an insurance specialist and want to sell an insurance coverage: he refuse my insurance proof of 3 pages confirming coverages of all risks but i had to reach my insurance company in Canada to discuss with him and after over one hour of delay he accept to rent the car with my insurance proof but it has bee too hard
I did not receive a car. The shuttle bus never came to the airport. So because we waited so long I took my children to the hotel in a taxi. I tried to pick up a car but the following day i was told I could not unless I paid a full rental cost and that I had lost my original payment. I contacted your main office to see if this could change they told me the same. So I contacted my credit card company to pursue a refund as service was not provided!
Your poor service meant that for the first 2 weeks of a 3 week holiday I was without a car!
Staff was slow, 7 people waiting when I arrived. Manager was only one at the desk. Another woman came into work and manager disappeared into the office. over 2 hours to get to my turn.... in the meantime, another van load of people came in. One was very pushy that he had a reservation and needed to be put to the front of the line. Clerk nicely told him everyone in line ahead of him had a reservation also, he would need to wait his turn. Man went into the manager's office and she waited on him immediately instead of telling him to wait in line. Staff didn't seem to know what paperwork needed filled out. Rude to other customers. Staff tried to strong arm customers into purchasing extras and wouldn't take 1 "no" for and answer. When people cancelled their reservations, company refused to take them back to airport. Several ended up calling Uber or taxi.. I would never rent from this company again.
Easyrentcars pick up time was an hour and a half. I even ran after a van who just past as by. Otherwise once we arrived the counter person was very good and nice and drop off was a little hectic but went fairly smooth

The company says all cars are smoke free but mine smelled horribly of smoke. The right rear tire went flat twice during the week and I had to spend time and money filling it with air. The windshield fluid was out.

The car was ok,no problem ,the problem is , i had already paid. (153$ canadian $) June 20 and when i returned the car,
i had a other bill of 674$.I know 500$ on this was for the deposit ,but what about the other 174$?.
And the women i talked to, said i should go to my bank tu clarify this.
As a first time user of Easirent, we were totally impressed. We prebooked, prepaid online and just went to the counter for the car, a clean, filled car was ready for us. The attendant went around the car and marked any damage off, other companies do not do that. Everyone was pleasant, the price was totally awesome. Shuttle to airport was fast. I give them a 10.

It was very easy to rent online and get coverage. Even tho there was no price drop on our rental we were very pleased... When can you rent a car with ins for $60 for 3.5 days... I will be using it again!
The wait for the vehicle was horrendous and I almost missed my interview because of it. I had even reached out to make sure I would get the keys immediately and was assured it would be a quick process. After a 25 minute wait for the shuttle I was told there was a minimum of a 30 minute wait to receive the vehicle and was given a number. If the woman in front of me hadn't switched numbers with me I would have missed my interview and it would have been a completely wasted trip from NY to FL.
