The location is easy to find, the service is great, and the staff process quickly. The wait time for the car was about 20 minutes. The car had 55,000 kilometers on it, the exterior wasn't very new, but everything worked fine.

The typical style in Australia: everyone is extremely friendly and detailed, which unfortunately leads to very low efficiency. When I picked up the car, there were two customers ahead of me. I thought it would be quick, but it ended up taking almost an hour because they were basically chatting, completely ignoring the people waiting behind them.
