The car given was different from the one booked. A deposit of $254 was charged, and there was an additional unknown charge of $24, totaling over $278, which was not refunded. Online reviews are also bad. A scammy business. I hope there won't be any further cooperation.

Returning the car was convenient

The vehicle was downgraded and the pickup line took over an hour. The contracted model was unavailable, so they initially gave me a Kia. After coordination and waiting for 30 minutes, I was given a BMW 3 series.

Tried to give me a dirty heavily damaged Malibu and when I asked for another. I was told by a very rude guy that I’m renting a USED car! The car was so dirty and damaged that I insisted and was finally given a presentable car.
