Like: It was a good trip and the car served us well

Vehicle far exceeded my expectations - location did not have an after hours drop off option - this was the only negative scenario.

Like: The manager was very good, upgraded my car, drove me to the airport
Dislike: young girl working when I returned was little snobby

Like: Free upgrade , excellent car
Dislike: Late during pickup , pick place outside airport. Price charged and price shown during reservation not matched

They were terrible. I reserved an Toyota RAV4 for the snow storm coming to Toronto. When I got there they said they had no SUV’s even though there was one sitting in their driveway. “That’s for someone else”, they said. Garbage.

Dislike: Was rented as pick up and drop off at airport. Drop off was quick but had to go to other location for pick up

Like: Service in Charlottetown Pei was absolutely excellent! I've traveled all over the world and was most impressed with everyone at Ace helping with directions etc. Car was wonderful and super economical fin gas.
Dislike: Nothing I didn't like. Have already recommended ACE to several freinds.

Like: I rented a red Jeep Rubicon 2018, it was my first time renting a car and they made my experience very pleasurable as well as knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the conditions of the jeep as well as the flexible times for drop-off, we needed to be at the airport by 7:00 am so that meant we had to get up very early and all we had to do was park the car in their lot and drop the keys in a secure box. Overall it was fantastic.

Like: PERSONAL SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT ANFD CARING, I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE
