Staff were rude and tried to scare us into buying extra insurance and they made the numbers being charged confusing.

Le système de prise de ticket avec des A B et C rend incompréhensible l'avancée de votre tour dans la file. Dans la mesure où il s'agit de l'heure d'arrivée qui déterminé le passage ne faire qu'un numéro d'ordre. De p'us il n'y vait que 3 personne pour le guichet ce qui était insufisnt

En tant que précédent utilisateur du service, les explications sur les conditions de location sont trop longues. Pourquoi ne pas être reconnu comme un client quand on a déjà utilisé le service ?

réservation très facile, juste il serait nécessaire de mieux indiquer le loueur final et sa situation dans l’aéroport. Si j'avais suivi les indications GPS données dans le mail, je me serai retrouvé à 10 km du hall d'arrivée de l'aéroport

The car was more than 55.000 km but the engine was very good and I enjoyed to drive it for 10 days Goldcar staff was very good and pleasant in difficult conditions The price was nice

Plus de deux heures pour récupérer la voiture, on a été obligés de partir sans car nous étions attendus ! Nous avons été obligés de payer un taxi !!!! Nous étions le numéro 109, au bout de deux heures, le numéro appelé était le 51... Le personnel passait plus de 30 minutes par clients, inadmissible !

On arrival to collect the car I was told incorrectly that I had no insurance and had to buy some. This was incorrectly sold to me as I had basic insurance. I tried to cancel but was told to contact them directly which I was unable to. Plus the pin card machine didn't work so an additional amount was debited to my card as a "holding deposit" in case I returned the car without a full tank of petrol. So basically 212 euros later I was able to get on my way. Very unhappy with how the man on the desk lied about the insurance. I am still waiting for the deposit to be credited back again.

L'agent était un vrai requin commercial, il nous a presque forcé à prendre leur assurance à 50€ par jour et était très désagréable lorsque nous avons refusé. J'ai aussi été débité d'un montant de 50€ pour soi-disant un kit de secours manquant (que nous n'avons jamais vu ni utilisé) - quand on a vu les commentaires sur internet on a compris qu'on était pas les seuls a avoir vécu cette expérience - je ne relouerais jamais chez eux!!

Cold car should be working with brokers online who are not trying to trick customers into buying additional assurance.

The worst experience I never had in my life during 40 years of intensive business trip as a CEO. To be fair, I had the opportunity to work with GOLDCAR and it was okay, so I donl;t want to blame GOLDCAR. But my last experience was with an agent named AMAL. It was terrible experience, she forced me to subscribe to extra insurance that I don't need (My car insurance in the US covers my rental cars and I have an extra insurance with my AMEX). She threatened me not to give me a car and when I started calling Easyrentcars she decided to give me the car that already paid for and then she threatened to blacklist me with the support of her colleague (I don't remember his name). Guys, avoid to deal with this lady, she is arrogate, no experience ... she is terrible!... pick another agent.

So far, I have been using Easyrentcars service several time and I have been satisfied every single time. The App is simple, easy to use, straight forward and no strings attached!! Very happy with Easyrentcars service.

The car had lots of damage on it and my wife didn't get a copy of the damage form until after they'd picked up the car and left. The car had a faulty tyre sensor which made my wife concerned about whether it was safe

Voiture OK mais le personnel vous noye dans un discours de caution 1500 € versus paiement d une assurance additionnelle alors que nous en avions déjà pris une avec easyrent. Ticket de sortie de parking oublié

All was good other than the wait, which was over two hours, for that reason we'll never use Goldcar again, especially considering that the amount of people waiting was even greater when we returned.

Obligation de payer 27€ en plus pour soit disant éviter de payer un supplément de 50€ si le plein d'essence n'est pas fait ! Inadmissible !

¡Horrible! Había alquilado un coche por unos 60€ por un día y cuando llegué a la oficina me hicieron pagar otros 61€ porque decían que mi tarjeta no funcionaba para el depósito del coche (que eran como 1500€) cuando sí que funcionaba, cosa que comprobé en el banco y SI que funcionaba aunque el personal de la oficina de Goldcar me dijo que no por lo que tuve que pagar por el seguro a todo riesgo cuando yo no quería ese seguro. Me gustaría además saber donde puedo presentar una queja por ello.

Goldcar is ok but you have to be very carefull. Take pics, check the car very well or buy an extra expensive insurance.

You are the best - returned me money because price dropped down. How many rental cars agencies are doing this? No one. I love it and if I need, I just book a car with no checks for better or worst price. If there would be better option, I’ll get it from you.
