I paid for my car in advance and was under the impression nothing else needed to be paid. Upon collecting the vehicle I was given another invoice which was not clearly explained to me. There was a whole lot of items such as additional insurance which I didn't understand and quite frankly didn't need. The sales person simply gave me the invoice and didn't go through what each item meant. After a 16 flight I wasn't in the right frame of mind. It's quite disappointing to say the least, will not use Thrifty again, they are very dishonest.
It was quite irritating to wait for bus taking you to rental company and back to airport. The bus frequency with comparison with other companies was very very rare.

Like: The support customer care is excellent , as i sent a few emails , and made call, all staff get clear information. Dislike: When making a call all the different department ( this is normal for all companies ) but takes time etc.
We waited for a long time to get the car, which was not the car we reserved. We reserved a mini van and ended up with a SUV with 3rd row seating after waiting for a very long time for a van. There were many other families waiting for a mini van as well but there were none available. We got tired of waiting as our visit was short in LA and we had much to do. We finally agreed to take a SUV just to get out of the Thrifty lot.
I wish you call me 1 813 327 2211. My booking was done from India, somehow Alamo refused to give me car on BWI airport on 16 April, later your customer service manager agreed that I rent car from BUDGET company and agree to reimbursement the cost
I wrote 10 email but no one care to send money or even a phone call

And also looking back at receipt i seem to have been charged for a concession fee recovery which i thought fro my booking was included in the price.
