事前予約をしていたせいかスムーズで特に難しい英語でのやり取りも無かった。保険も確かロードサービスと搭乗者保険を追加するかどうかのやり取り（日本語パンフレット有り）のみで最後は書類にサインして終了。 まぁスタッフも日本人慣れしてると思います。
おかげ様で簡単に安く予約する事が出来ました。次に機会も利用します。 予約後、アプリに空港アテンドサービス（日本語）連絡がありLINE登録してみたけどやり方が悪かったのかわからないが連絡はありませんでした。
