Fox is off airport. Travelers should board a consolidated, free, 24 hour shuttle from the Lower Level (Baggage Claim) curb front. The digital display on the bus will read: "Rental Cars / Parking Lot F". Each terminal has designated areas for drop-off and pick-up. The shuttles will take passengers to O'Hare's Multi-Modal Facility to the car rental desk to pick-up a vehicle.

The service was average. They tried to sell me insurance, but I declined. They also pushed their toll service, similar to ETC, which was a bit of a scam. It cost around $20 per day and charged me over $200, but I only used it twice.

All went well. However Avis, as with all car hire companies, needs to speed up the check in process. Their computer system is extremely slow. Ridiculous slow. There was only one serving and by the time we were served the queue had grown from 0 to more than 7 and getting larger. Car could have been cleaner.

First car that was assigned was damaged, second car had a head light out and the key fob was going bad. Had to drive all the way back to the airport to exchange the car. Not to happy with the experience and the staff the second time was not too friendly.

This was the worst experience I have had with rental car and I don’t think I will have such an experience again as I will never rent from Fox rent a car. The staff was horrible at the counter. Wanted to charge us $90 extra for dropping the car early even though I had paid for those 2 full days. Wasted almost 2 hours at my pick-up visit. And at the end, charged me $25 for me to pick the car which I was not supposed to pay but I did as I was getting late for the function to attend and I needed a car. This was something one should never experience. I have decided I will never rent from Fox even though they give me for free.

There were lots of negative reviews so somewhat apprehensive getting the car, but I found my experience to be very good and all the service people were excellent and helpful. Checkin was pretty fast and return took about 3 minutes. I would definitely consider booking FOX again.

It was Fox rental cars. Car was ok, nothing spectacular and although it was supposed to be full it was barely on the full mark at pick up. The counter staff tried to sell me more insurance which I declined.

When I picked up the car, I couldn't connect Google Maps to the car's screen, and the staff couldn't help. They said changing the car wouldn't help. When driving away, I noticed a strange noise and returned to get another Camry. The staff at the site said there couldn't be a problem. After talking to the counter staff, I got a car with only 6000 miles on it and everything worked fine. When I tried to extend the rental, they quoted an exorbitant price, so I switched to Sixt and rented again.

I bought insurance online, but when picking up the car, they insisted I buy insurance again. The customer service told me to pay first and they would handle it later, but they never did. At Chicago airport, I waited over an hour for the shuttle bus. When I called to ask, the attitude was poor. We finally got the car after 9 PM. The rental company is much farther from the airport compared to others. The return process was normal; we filled the tank and washed the car as instructed. Unexpectedly, I received an additional charge six months later. I had purchased the full insurance, the most comprehensive one, and there were no incidents or violations. This company is terrible. Remember the old saying: 'You get what you pay for.' Be cautious when choosing a rental company.
