Like: The choice of full size cars was good
Dislike: The total final price could of bein better

When we collected the car we asked if possible to add another driver for two weeks only. We were told not a problem. No other information was given out or offered. On returning the car we were charged an extra $400 dollars for the extra driver! The extra driver could have hired their own car for that cost. Why were we not that the cost would be so high?

We didn't get a car straight away because there was non available.

Disappointment at Orlando international airport customer service. I had an account with Navy Federal Credit Union master card and I had . Retired fro US Army. My bank account with Credit Card was $12000 with zero amount own to NDCU. Dollar car rental said cant process the credit card. Called NFCU what's up what's up with the Master Card....Results was not the CREDIT CARD but the network system at the airport. After 25 ho25 hours of traveling it was very stressful. Overall, great service after all from DOLLAR car rental.

Dislike: The Sun Pass toll system was not explained well. I ended up paying over $10 per day for tolls when I only used tollways to and from the airport. The rest of my driving was on surface streets so I would have saved money by paying cash for the tolls I used rather than paying the flat rate.

Great location. Great employees. No pressure at pick up. Good service when email and call queries made. Only downside was a long queue at car collect.

Like: Our car hire from Dollar was processed quickly, efficiently and customer service was excellent. We were able to pick up our car and travel to our destination with no problems.

Dislike: I paid more than what was written on the website they said it is airport taxes although the price was tax included with no specifications and they said it is the role there actually i felt very bad

Like: if travelling thru-out floria, buy the express pass offered. so many toll, so many headaches

Good choice of cars, easy to upgrade without seemingly being penalised. Some degree of up selling for toll pass and fuel but did not take this up. Have rented a few times with Dollar and they have always been very good with no problems.

Easy site to use, I needed to cancel and rebook my booking and this was very easy to do. WI'll use again.
