It was a surprise upgrade and a very pleasant car to drive with surprisingly low fuel consumption. Check in was handled quickly by friendly counter staff. I will be using QEEQ again and highly recommend to anyone seeking to hire a car.

About Europcar: 6.0 /10
Was told at Melbourne Intl airport to go to downtown Melbourne to do an exchange for vehicle. From Isuzu mux to Toyota Kluger. Went down the next day and the counter manager told me no Kluger available. In fact none for the entire Victoria. Simply brush me off by saying Europcar cannot do anything to help. Also the agreement from Europcar mention excess of $5000 which should have been zero since I have upgraded my booking to include zero excess.
