There needs to be better staffing at the parking so multiple customers can be serviced at the same time. Process is very very cumbersome and needs to be improved significantly.

No queue at counter to pick up, so process was smooth. They gave me a free upgrade to a small SUV. Staff in car park so drop off very easy
