The contract is enforced to the letter and there is no leeway. They err in their favour. This is a bad attitude if you want to ensure you have return customers. Not the staff's fault as they are only doing what management tell them to do. This is definitley not the sort of company I want to deal with. First and last time rental.

The counter staff were friendly and helpful enough. However, they were trying too hard to push the breakdown cover and additional insurance, which we didn't require.

the booking was very smooth and easy, I didn't use the price drop guarantee as it was only a short term low price rental.

Le tarif donné à la base n'est pas ce qu'on se retrouve à payer vu les options (sur lesquelles je n'ai pas eu le choix) associées à la location. Par contre, personnel parlant français au comptoir, ce qui a été un plus.
