We reached the car rental office much earlier than expected as the custom clearance was much smooth than expected and our flight reached the airport earlier than expected. When we requested if we can collect the car earlier (it was only 1 hr earlier ) with the offer and promise to return an hour earlier than expected time , we were told that we had to pay 15 Euros more which I declined. When I returned to the counter at the agreed pick up time later ; to my surprise the car was not ready as it had to be sent from another terminal . The waiting time was more than an hour and they did not offer any sincere apologies nor express sense of urgency . This resulted me in spending more than 2 hours in total waiting for the car ! :( .

Booking via QeeQ was quite smooth ; though I bought comprehensive insurance too via QEEQ I was told by recordgo that it does not cover full insurance if I had cross border journey ; which was what I needed . At the end , to be on the safe side I bought insurance from RecordGo as I wanted piece of mid when I crossed the border into France . Perhaps I need to be more careful with insurance coverage on cross border journey and full support
They did not have the address of the drop off. I called and the address that was given to me was 30 mins away so it was incorrect. I took more than an hour until I had to drop of the car at another rental company otherwise I was going to miss my flight. Later when I told them where the car was I never received an answer to make sure they had found it. Terrible customer service .
The stuff on counter and also on return fields was very nice, friendly and helpful. Instead of booked Toyota RAV4 Hybrid I got Alfa Romeo Tonale Sprint Hybrid. The car was new, clean and in an excellent technical condition. All passed nice and smooth. In T1 BCN very nice peoples work in Record Go - all is very comfortable and good organized. Thanks!

We learnt our lesson from past rental experience so we took Record Go offer with insurance eventhough we already purchased insurance with Qeeq. Car condition is not immaculate as with dents all over the place. Returning car must show fuel up receipt in order not to be charged with fuel fill up services.

Record Car has too many hidden prices and honestly, I know Flex/Full policy means you pay the fuel tank in advance, but in my opinion they charge too much.
I was charged 29 Euros at the pick-up desk for "Service Charge" as they called it, which is never mentioned in my booking & never happened in any other car rentals as I've been a world traveler for years & frequently renting cars more than taking buses or taxis & I absolutely don't feel right for them to do it to me nor any of their clients unless it's agreed upon prior to any transactions. Easyrentcars should step in a reclaim the funds on behalf. Thanks!

Coche no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, después de 5 días de insoportable calor decidimos cambiar el coche. Eso nos hizo perder Más 3 horas y un extra de más de 150 kilómetros y el extra de golosina.
Beware of hidden fees!
While the entire rental was very good, the car was brand new, and the staff very friendly. I would not recommend renting from Record because of the hidden fees.
We were charged €102 advance for fuel which we were told would be refunded if we returned the car full. We were refunded only partial as there is a €31.88 for Fuel and Service fee even though the car was returned filled with fuel.
The wait to pick up was extremely long despite there being many staff members working at the time and not very many clients.

It was not clear during the booking process that there would be a mandatory 28 euro fee for refilling the petrol tank, even if we returned the car will full gas.
The contract is enforced to the letter and there is no leeway. They err in their favour.
This is a bad attitude if you want to ensure you have return customers.
Not the staff's fault as they are only doing what management tell them to do.
This is definitley not the sort of company I want to deal with.
First and last time rental.
