Car was not the Jeep I requested, but a Kia Sportage, 70,000 miles? Car had dents, scratches, seats had many stains, plus right rear tire needed air everyday.. Worst car I ever rented. Shuttle from Denver Airport to Fox was a horror show,, not a direct route.

Customer service from pick up to drop off was fantastic.

Check in and wait was better than expected and than is normal at other rental car places. No cars were available and a 10 minute delay ensued an a compact car was washed and made ready.

Fox car rental staff were very helpful and friendly .

Easyrentcars.com was easy to use and very good to deal with.

We had an upgrade which was excellent but the inside was dirty from the previous customers, trunk was covered in wood chipping. Only mentioning this because you have asked. Would definitely recommend you to family and friends.

Fine service

Counter help was friendly but very pushy to purchase amenities, i.e. upgrade care, insurance, etc. I had my personal insurance card, she didn't even look at it and kept telling me if we didn't get the extra coverage and then had a problem we would have to pay rent for every day the car was out of service. She quoted me a rate of about $26 for the additional insurance, I very specifically told her my insurance had full coverage on all rentals, but she kept pushing. When I asked if the $26 was a rate for the full time of rental and not daily, she said yes, it was for the full term. So I caved and purchased it so we could get on with our vacation. I didn't look carefully enough at the contract before signing it and now see that I was billed the $26/day vs. for the entire term. I should have looked more carefully before signing, but she should have been honest with me as well over the terms and cost.

Everything was efficient and friendly - no problem

Very good rental experience - was in communication with Ran both before pick-up and return - made the transition process on both ends very quick and effortless - much better then the traditional pick-up and return process from one of the Big rental agencies .I wish my rental car experience went this smoothly for all my rentals. The agent that served me when pickup the vehicle Christina, who is a team led, was advised that I had all the insurances required to cover the vehicle and liability. She advised me that she would put the liability insurance @ 13.99 just to show in case something was to happen. She advised me that there would be no charge. So I believe her as she is a team led. Well, at the time of drop off, I was charged $130.00 for the liability insurance. I complained to the manager, who did not speak English well, and said that I had to pay the liability insurance as I did not sign the waiver. Bull shit, I call, She lied to me and got a commission on the liability insurance. As a frequent Fox renter, I was deceived by her and the manager even after I showed both my liability insurance coverage that I have with my insurer. Never again I will rent a vehicle from Fox or Economy who did the same thing to my buddy last week. Folks watch out for these company... They are cheaper than the one at the airport but they screw you with insurance. They will lie in your face to make more commission. Read all the details on your contract and ensure that the contract show what you want or need. Shame on you Christina and Fox Car Rental, Shame.....

Clean the DAM WINDOWS

I had to stand in line 45 min to pick up the car. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, and seemed uncaring about people standing in line. One of the staff took his break, made personal phone call and ate while 10 people stood in line. Rude, very poor service at pick up counter.
