Won't use Fox again - don't seem to care much about long line ups to rent the car

The pickup location was not at the usual airport location, and pickup was time consuming. But, it was a good price.

I was really surprised people was not friendly at the location when I was brought to And I was forced to stay more than ours to get the price which I was getting from the website I was told did the website for the problems and they cannot match the price Finally after 1 hour when supervisor shows up he said he will be able to match the price and we was able to leave

The only complaint I have is an employee's attitude at rental site upon pickup.

Transaction was smooth will use again.

depressing agent as I walk in. Grumpy agent despite my efforts to be cheerful. The agent talk in short sentences in heavy accent in whisper. He appeared to be annoyed the whole time. I feel like we had disturbed him for coming in. Never offer a smile from beginning to end. Horrible service! Return car agent move super slow again not cheerful or friendly although his demeanor was slightly better than the check out agent. I get a sense that Fox rent a car agents are lazy, hate their job and does not like customers.
