Good but not great experience.

車はよかったですが、ドアミラーに水垢？があり見にくかった。

アプリで予約しましたが、予約確認に反映されていませんでした。

All went well. However Avis, as with all car hire companies, needs to speed up the check in process. Their computer system is extremely slow. Ridiculous slow. There was only one serving and by the time we were served the queue had grown from 0 to more than 7 and getting larger. Car could have been cleaner.

All seamed to work as planned.

I went to the airport to rent a car, and needed to drive to Long Beach to make a flight. The line must have been over a hour long. I ended up spending another hundred dollars and renting a car with Hertz because they did not have a line. I'm glad I did because I would have missed my flight had I waited

Like: I pick-up my car late, and miss the car I want, they upgrade it. And when drop-off, I forgot my passport and money on the car, I took it back easy and quick.

Like: Rented a mini van and then upgraded to a full size Ford Expedition - all was perfect
Dislike: I was in the middle of Hurricane Irma, and I could not add additional insurance to cover the car over the phone and all the locations around me were closed. I called the Avis for help and then told me to go to 2 locations which were were closed.
