Like: Rented a mini van and then upgraded to a full size Ford Expedition - all was perfect Dislike: I was in the middle of Hurricane Irma, and I could not add additional insurance to cover the car over the phone and all the locations around me were closed. I called the Avis for help and then told me to go to 2 locations which were were closed.
