“Great price, no problems, would use Qeeq again”

A different type of car was provided but it was still the size required, so fine with us. The car was clean on the inside but hadn’t been washed on the outside. The car was damaged upon collection and therefore we had to go back into the airport terminal to report this, which wasn’t ideal after a long flight landing late at night. The assistant was trying to sell additional extras that we did not require and even added on roadside assistance which we did not request, however upon contacting Avis customer services it has been agreed that this will be refunded. Luckily we got to the front of the queue, otherwise there would have been a long wait for collection.

I was a bit worried about using Qeeq but found I had no need to worry. The price was the best I could find on the internet, included all the insurance etc necessary and we had no problems.

Double make sure your staff cleans everything out of the car. Some Fast food was left in the back. However, it didn't really bother me too much. Otherwise, the car was in excellent shape and drove like a champ. I really liked driving the Nissan Ultima and never felt there was going to be a problem. The Pickup and drop off criticism is really a logistic procedure with the airport. It's not Avis's fault but the distance and the shuttle are not ideal in my opinion, especially for people with luggage.

No, it was the first time using the service and everything went well. They were very helpful when I made a wrong reservation and had to change it.

予想以上に良い車でした。 貸し出し日は大雪だったため、雪を落とす用の道具を車内につけてくれました。 また、旅の途中、飛び石でフロントガラスが破損したのですが、すぐにavisの別の支店で車を交換してもらえました。

Wait was long to get Rental, Car smelt of smoke and was full of dog hair. was pointed to car and had to take 2 kids, 2 car seats and luggage across the car park to find it. was charged for prepaid gas when i said I did not want it. Was told I would be refunded but 4 days later no sign of refund. Was not made aware of a $100 holding fee when renting the vehicle either.
