COUNTER: AIRLINE PASSENGERS Follow signs to the baggage claim area. Exit outside and cross the street to the Consolidated Rental Car Facility. The Budget rental counter is located on the first level of the parking garage. WALK-UP RENTERS Follow airport signs stating "Arrivals" and "Rental Car Return." The "Rental Car Return" signs will lead you directly to the rental counter. The Consolidated Rental Car Facility is located on the 1st floor of the Parking Garage. VEHICLES: On-site. Located outside the Consolidated Rental Car Facility. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available. The rental counter is open 5 AM to 1 AM, but the return area is only staffed from 4 AM to 11 PM. When the return area is unattended, please pull forward to park the car, note the date and time on the rental agreement and leave it with the keys in the cupholder. If no receipt is required, proceed to the elevators or stairs for return to the terminal. If a receipt is required, please visit Budget.com and use the e-receipt option. Remember to take all your personal belongings with you.

Staffing of counter was awful. Only 1 person to get everyone checked out and took almost an hour at 12:45 am when other counters had multiple people working the counter and got their lines out in a matter of minutes. Everything else was wonderful.

Like: We loved the hatchback on the car we chose - and we got to choose from a selection of cars in a specific section. We put the seats down and getting suitcases, water, back packs, in and out was easy. Our car got excellent gas mileage too. Pick up and drop off was quick and simple.
