I was immediately offered a premium upgrade, if I wanted another car I would have chosen directly when booking on the site. We are pushed a little too much for consumption.

Like: The vehicle we booked was to small for the distant and the time we needed to travel so we were able to upgrade at a reasonable price.
Dislike: It just took a bit of a long time to check in. we waited over 40min.

The actual status of car is provided in the statement of return after vehicle is returned, however the same should be more helpful to be shared at start to make driver aware about existing limitations or damages if any.

Price protector didn't got me any benefit ☺️.

When we arrived they told us they had no automatic vehicles, despite the reservation being made a month in advance and specifying that this was a requirement. They told us someone was returning one and we would have to wait. After an hour, they gave us the car which was actually a large SUV. We were told it would be a compact Toyota Prius or similar. This meant we spent way more in fuel costs than we should have. Unacceptable. We spent more than 50€ on a half a tank, and had no need for a vehicle this size. The vehicle was also not cleaned between the previous person and us, so it was quite dirty.

Car not the one ordered Paid extra for no excess insurance but was expected to pay €1900 because not taken out with Europcar Billed for petrol on return even though car was full tank

Tried to sell me the complementary insurance

Booked for a Peugeot 308 or similar car, got upgraded to Jeep Renegade with built-in GPS and much more space. Excellent service for the pickup process. Hassle-free return. Highly recommended!

The car was brand new and we enjoyed the overall experience from Pick up the whole drive and drop off Benjamin the person who assisted us while pick up was very helpful and joyful person
