The car exceeded my expectations. It was a nice car to drive around and there were no damages. It was like a brand new car. It allows us to connect our phone and display our GPS on the screen directly instead of looking through our phones which is a plus point. However, the lady staff at Europcar wasn’t that friendly when assisting us, for that there is some room of improvements.

サービスはとても良くて、車を渡す過程はとても速くて、車はとても新しいです。 右かじがあまり熟練していないため、フロントバンパーが壊れて、また車の過程も非常に速くて、全危険を買って、車の損失を追及することがなくて、すべてとても順調で愉快です! 海外渡航をお勧めする際には、必ず全リスクを取るようにして、いろいろなトラブルを省きます。万が一、こんな小さなことで言い争っても、言葉がまだスラスラしていないと、旅の気分に影響してしまいます。
