It was very easy to find the car rental and return location. Just follow the metro loop line to the blue rental car company at San Francisco airport, and return the car by following the navigation. Driving along Highway 1 was incredibly beautiful.

I had to wait TWO HOURS to get my car. This has never happened to me before. There was a long line and not enough counter staff--between 1 and (rarely) 3 the whole time I was waiting. They were slow and not entirely competent, and their systems were not working well. I will not rent from Budget again!

Pretty good. When we first arrived, the staff wasn't there, and we waited for a while. We were a bit worried since we're foreigners, but everything went smoothly in the end.
