Good service. Initially, they gave me a Chevrolet, but I insisted on the new RAV4 I had originally selected. The elderly gentleman accommodated my request and swapped it for the RAV4.

There was no queue when renting the car (while other companies had queues)! The counter staff were very polite, although they recommended another insurance not included in the comprehensive insurance, called towing insurance. In case of theft or an accident, the company would be responsible for towing the car back. Otherwise, towing fees in the US are very high, so we bought it.

Overall service was good. When I made a mistake with the airport, they helped me make a change. The only regret is that they didn't have the model I wanted and gave me a different one.

Despite not being able to rent the car as my form of credit card was not accepted - the Alamo Staff were great - and did say i wasn't the first and last to be effected.
